you cannot....thogh it also depends on your bloodline.....but yeah, pretty much. And i AM makig him, and will use him whenever I cannot do anything. like now LT isnt on so I cannot do a thing

Go read the upper levels of the swordstyle...
Then tell me I cannot...
Plus I never said that I remained in the room thought out the explosion.
There are several windows behind the Kage's desk in almost any Tower...
Take the show for example....
The hokage's desk is placed facing the front half of the room from across the entire room.
That is a pretty long distance and explosions move slower than the speed of sound...
Therefore I had PLENTY of time to move out of said window...
If you want me to continue I can.
If you wish I can add that into the post...
I just did not feel like writing that all out...
