My momma came for dinner last night. :B

Kat cleaned the house and it looks beautiful. Our living room is very cozy, yet our kitchen is open and flooded with sunlight; it's a comforting combination since the rooms are connected without walls.

Kat's cockatiel is flying around the house, much to her nephew's alarm. Meanwhile I'm sitting with the computer on the coffee table, mouthing "you really shoulda kept it in your pants" to Ke$ha.

My brother commented on my Facebook: hay do me a fav take pics of the place out side and in all the walls floors everything cuz me and dad are going to take a trip over there when we get a chance and fix it up for you and kat lol but we need pics to see what we need so if you can take the pics soon that would bee great.
It's so sweet, because I know he and Dad are seriously discussing it. <3 I mean, they'd probably never get enough money to come down here, but I know my dad and he's probably already piling up stuff in his shed for me. XD

Nah. ^^ With Verizon, calls after 9 are free and on the weekends they're free too. I don't have signal at home, so he called my house phone. I apologized to him for falling asleep this morning, and he said that he thought that HE had fallen asleep. XD So we both fell asleep on the phone together. heart
Awwww, that's awesomely adorable! Even if they don't get to do it, that's so sweet of them think about it.

And you tell me that you don't have a signal all the time, yet I still forget XD
Well, if Dad gathers the materials, I wouldn't mind giving him the gas money. I want to put siding on my house, and possibly expand the porch (or have a second, screened-in porch wrapping around the back half of the house, connecting to the back door.) He can accomplish big projects in a matter of days -- it's what he does for a living.
He'd install a larger sink, redo the kitchen tile, put up complete siding, and paint every room in the house in two days. He'd have the porch done in half a day with good weather.

Darrell and I share chicky fantasies all the time about going on long road trips, so maybe one day. heart
Darrell didn't know that I don't have signal at home when we were first flirting and stuff. 'Cause apparently he tried to send me a "Happy Valentine's Day!" text last year, and was really super nervous about sending it . . . but I didn't get it until a few days later when I went to town. I didn't even remember this, but Darrell told me about it a while ago and said that he was really nervous because he thought maybe I was ignoring him because of it. What a cute dork.
That would be totally awesome. o__o It sounds like that would be definitely worth giving gas money for. Is your dad a construction worker or does he just work with houses?
Mmmm, I just had breakfast. Dad made me scrambled eggs, sausage links, and toast . . . yay!

That is horrible XD He must have been freaking out all that time.
He's not licensed to do any of it, but he can build just about anything, fix just about anything (including vehicles), and design really cool projects in his head. He works under the table because he owes so much for drunk driving accidents (he took out 13 telephone poles) and back child support that if it were on the books, he'd have all of it taken away XD He used to work for the state though lol. He did evictions (confiscating the contents of apartments with overdue rent and keeping them until the person pays up) and was animal control in my home town. We had a bad outbreak of rabies in local squirrels and coons once, THAT was hella interesting... Dad had to track them down, shoot most of them, and catch a few because the state wanted live samples to determine the level of danger posed. XD He had like 200 squirrel bodies stacked up in a truck to ship to the Department of Connecticut Wildlife Regulation and Protection. He got paid $10 a dead one and $100 a live one.

Yeah. xD Actually, before he sent it, he had been debating with his best friend about whether or not it would be too forward to send me a Valentine's Day text, so it was like majorly worrying. XD
XD! Omg. So many dead squirrels. Speaking of drunk driving, apparently in Canada, if you've been convicted for drunk driving, they put a breathalizer in your car that you have to breathe into every so often while driving or it will shut the car down. My sister's husband's dad has one in his car. So weird! You can't even have used mouthwash.
After she brought you the sandwich, did you give her a swift smack to the bottom and tell her to get back to the kitchen? wink

That is a neat idea, actually. XD There'd be too many people with that in the States though. And then you'd have people suing over being treated unfairly or some such nonsense, because Americans in general have a hard time owning up to their own mistakes.
