Kihara stood there and watched as the Purification accomplished its goal. The light finally shone away and she smiled to herself with satisfaction.
"He will be fine now..", she said as she looked over at Kagome.
"Nice teamwork."

InuYasha looked down at Hotaru. He looked...well...dead. Really dead. Small traces of the black liquid was splattered across the ground around him like blood. But blood did join it's still moving ranks. InuYasha felt sorrow for him, but he was an enemy. He was out, and for quite a while. Two purifying arrows to the heart from two priestess with temper's like the furies was something dangerous, yet the sight of the white liquid flowing over his blood and darkness soothed him, like nurture.
What does purification really do? How does it work? InuYasha shook at that thought, as he turned around.
"Are we going to leave him there or..." InuYasha asked Kagome. "I mean, not like that, but you guys like helping those in need. He just took two arrows to the heart and he's a demon. Are your barins broken or something? Cause my senses for your two souls tells me that you would do what I'm thinking." InuYasha really didn't know what Hotaru meant to him. He was just...InuYasha felt a connection with Hotaru and himself.

Hotaru was half of a lot of things. Half-Awake, Half-Asleep, Half-Dead, Half-Alive, Half-Thinking, Half-Dreaming, Half-Broken, Half-Perfect, he was Half-Demon, Half human.
Hotaru saw in his mind many lights, and dark spots, and as well as red, he saw many ranges of colors, while in his mind he was going insane, and having a seizure, his body remained still. His life seemed to leek into one dream, of different arrays of events in his life, some played in a different order, or the same. Hotaru heard a song in his head, and he couldn't get it out, for it was in his dream.
Before the story begins, is it such a sin,
for me to take what's mine, until the end of time?
We were more than friends, before the story ends,
And I will take what's mine, create what
God would never design...
It seemed to fit, darkness forever hateful for his past, he did what he did, and there was no one else to blame. Then it all made sense. He was half-demon, half-human, both sides conjured something bad more than good, and he was crossed with the two.
Demons are a dark essence created from Hell, and came from Hell's Gate, and escaped, and possessed, and embedded themselves into bodies for the humanoid ones, and the other's just escaped.
But they had power, the ability, the intelligence, the strength to whatever they wanted, but they wanted what the humans already had. Something normal.
Humans carried destructive personalities, and were arrogant with everything in their lives, they wanted to be like the demons. To be in control in everything in their life, while no one got what they wanted.
It seemed to Hotaru that this was a consequence of the two colliding within himself. It made sense, that he did what he did.
It was his secret that he had accidentally killed his lover.

Mystia was walking through a forest with a bored expression across her face. She jumped onto a tree, and sat down on it happily. Mystia than took her sword out, playing with it since it was something to do.

Malan lifted Hotaru from the black pudle taking care not to let the black touch him. He laid Hotaru carefully down and put a silver bracelette on his wrist, light shot from it and Malan said, "He is healed but it will be at least two day before he can do anything, he is fighting with himself internally."

"Something tells me the white puddles are light, the heavenly side in him, while the dark spots is what covered him, remember?" InuYasha said, as he looked down at him.
"I wonder where it went all wrong for him..."

Kihara watched Malan take Hataru and lay him down. She knew she did the right thing for him. Atleast she thought she did.
"So many things all at once..." She accidentaly said aloud without realizing.
She turned to look at Inuyasha. She scanned the expressions on his face. Kihara almost smiled about it. Inuyasha looked as if he cared about Hataru.
"Inuyasha, Dont think of yourself that way. You two are the same in ways, but you are different also. Im sure that Hataru, once he awakens, will be fine. It will just take some getting used to." Kihara paused and looked over at Hataru.
"It looks like we are staying here,..again." she said with a disappointed sigh.

InuYasha looked up, but he gaze the quick slight expression of awknowledgement to Kihara.
"'Firefly'. That's what Hotaru said. He said, 'My Name Is Firefly'. He also said his name was Hotaru. But Hotaru does mean Firefly, that's why we saw all those flames. He is truly his name, if you think about it. 'Firefly'...it means for more reasons I can think of, even unclear, it's connected." InuYasha explained, and turned to Kihara.
"We need to set up camp."
[We need something to happen to Kagome, since she's really busy. We need something to keep an excuse for her to sort of be here.]

In his half-alive part, felt the metal braclet be slipped onto his wrist, and light that sent a shock through his body, but physically had no effect. But yet, he breathed better, and his heartbeat sped up a few seconds of it's slow tempo.
Hotaru then woke up to a dark black cave-like tunnel that seemed to shoot out from the four ends. Black mist showed dirt was in the weird eerie place, and gave Hotaru a question of where the hell he was.
He went for his sword, but there was none. Instead, he found a wooden one, and a single candle and a large stick.
Wherever I am, they must want me to move to a certain area. Huh, weird. Hotaru took the candle, and noticed cloth on the ground.
They gave me a few advantages, why? Hotaru thought as he went through one hallway...

Yuri walked over to them and looked at the puddles of darkness and her eyes started to flicker to a glowing blood red. For some reason just looking at the puddles made her so angry and yet at the same time she couldnt look away.

Kihara looked over at Inuyasha and she nodded her head.
"Yeah, and we better make it quick. Its starting to turn dark." Kihara looked over at Yuri.
"Yuri? Yuri you alright?"

Yuri was unable to answer or looked away from the puddles of darkness. Her eyes continued to flicker between the glowing blood red and the normal color each time the glowing color staying a bit longer.she finnaly managed to take one step back befor she was once again unable to move
