Mitsuko` darkmag07 Melphaligal the Challama I always thought that was for people who were challanging, I thought that there pokemon had to be around there in order to challange. Me too.
I says average team level, and since that info is about Norman I assumed that is what level his team would be. =/ *shrugs* Well it applies to both I think.
Your pokemon should be at least that level and if they are good. If they happen to be stronger then his can be adjusted so it isn't like "Level 80 Charizard used flamethrower, OHKO, on Level 20 Zangoose!"

That makes sense too. Although personally, I'd love to see that. >_>
Oh, whatever, can we just get off this subject? See what trash talking makes me like? I feel like I have to defend myself after every comment. >_<

Anyway I am going to go have some more fun posting as Toph since Dante is a bit tied up at the moment. And I have to ask this, you know the first patch of grass on the route to the pokemon league, the one where you exit it and you battle your rival? I always thought there were Nidoran's in that little patch of grass, the internet say's no but my memory say's yes, so am I right?

It doesn't even need to be Fire or Leaf; they've been there since Red and Blue. I haven't played Fire or Leaf, but I can tell you that it's certain for Red/Blue and Yellow. Curse the internet for misinforming you.

Melphaligal the Challama Mitsuko` Quote: Norman Played by: Melphaligal the Challama Location: Petalburg Town, Hoenn Badge: Balance Badge Benefits of the badge: Allows the use of Surf outside of battle. TM reward: TM 42 (Facade) Money reward: $4000 Average Team Level : High 20s to low 30sPersonality: Norman is an all around nice guy, outside of battle that is. During battle he is totally different. He can easily crush inexperienced trainers and wont hesitate to do so. Hehe. I WAS going to have her lose, but after that thrash talk, nuh uh. whee heart
I think I'm going to enjoying RPing Ebony here. I always thought that was for people who were challanging, I thought that there pokemon had to be around there in order to challange. Mikey: I'm getting to it... I just don't know what to do next =/
The average levels listed are supposed to be the levels that the gym leader's Pokemon are at >_>;; You can obviously challenge them if you're lower or higher, it's just to give people an idea of when they'd actually stand a chance against them.
Another thing, I was going to add something to the gym leader section, but I got distracted gonk It wouldn't be fair for leaders to have extremely extravagant Pokemon, so I think that they should only have Pokemon that they'd normally have in-game. Andy could have pwned Crenu's Larvitar in seconds had he said 'Falkner sends out Wingull or Mantine'. See my point?
However if you want to rechallenge a gym leader then they'd have other things in their repetoires (like Winona's Tropius in the unsanctioned battle Kasiya had). Thoughts, anyone?

Seems fair to me. Although I never planned on using any Pokemon from Hoenn at all... Was it bad then that I had Falkner use a Spearow? confused

Awww thats no fun. Oh well I yeah it is probably for the best, I my self won't pick any duel type's though, or I try not to because then it is a bit unfair, I have set guidelines for myself. Befor the battle I pick three or four pokemon, depending on the battle, and no matter what pokemon the other send's out I won't change, I might change how they go out but I wont change which one's I send out. I can even post befor hand which pokemon will be appearing and which tm moves they have, Facade obbviosly, and another random one, and even then I wont pick something super powerful like EQ or Hyper Beam or something. All though Hyper Beam would ROCK on Norman's Slacking.... And even then I will probably let you win unless you tell me you don't want to...But really are you going to make me write a Spinda Airel? Thats just mean.

Melph, since you used Zangoose once before, and the majority of people here think Spinda is completely a waste of Pokemon, keep using Zangoose in place of Spinda.
Love me, damn it.

Besides It's better than having Pidgey and Pidgeotto. Besides you'd mentioned it to me before and I would have said no if I didn't think it was alright. ^^

Personally I don't like that rule, but I will admit that it would be fair and it makes a lot of sense. I just don't want this RP to be like RPing the games. x__X;;
Maybe they could have one or two Pokemon not from their normal party in the game? Plus I was planning to have Tate and Liza use a Gardevior. >_>
