Within ikuinen's room, a newly installed shelf carrying ikuinens inks comes crashing down. The inks merge together and start moving along, leaving no trail in their wake.
A portion seeps off and goes under ikuinens work desk. The rest goes under the door into the hallway where it breaks off into further portions headed in different directions.

Outside Pens room, something sniffing at the base of the door can be heard. Then a small whine and a large pitter patter of rushing feet headed down the hall and out of ear shot.

Pen's concentration was broken by the sound of something at her door. "Hello?" she spoke up rubbing away what little sleep left in her eyes. Hearing no answer she got up to the door to check. However the sound of claws on wood made her give pause. "A dog?" She opened the door to find no such thing or anything else out of the ordinary.
"Yeah I doubt we would get a pet. I would have voted for a cat anyway." She shook her head and closed the door behind her as she left for the kitchen. "Though a dog would be cool too." she muttered turning to go down the staircase.

Noticing Pen heading down the staircase, Ikuinen smiled and waved at Pen, his mask still in hand.
"Buenas Dias, Pen!"
Turning back to Kydre, he explained..
"There seems to be some sort of magical injury to my nerves. I dont know the nature of the injury, quite an odd one since it took my retina's and sleep, but iam sure if i designed a healing rune on my head and you charged it with your healing abilities, it should repair the damage."

Pen turned to find the waving Ikuinen with his mask off. After a bit of jolt she blinked a few times and gave a tired smile back. "Hey," she waved back and about toe continue her decent. Then remembering the earlier disturbance she turned back. "Hey have you two seen a dog?" her expression contorted with perplexity.

looking back at Pen, Ikuinen wondered..
"Seen a dog? In the HQ? Not now, or ever since i've come here really"

Within the kitchen, the k9 in question has already chewed up half a whole ham and runs off somewhere private to enjoy a box of burger paty's in its jaws.

At around the same time, a slither of ink flows into the recreation room and goes under the couch. With a quick dark green glow, it forms itself into a rune.
Many other slitering portions stealthily avoid notice and form runes in all manner of locations within the HQ.

"Guess it was just my imagination then." She yawned and waved to the two. She left down to the kitchen and planned her late lunch. Only to find when she got there undeniable proof of a dog greeted her.
"Yep. Its a dog." She muttered crouching beside the remnants of the ham. "Wonder where the scamp ran off too."

Skotti ws in his guitar room with Lila and Mandi, Packing up guitars.
"I Better take two of my old les pauls, one V, and probably my ES-335 for those ballads" said skotti stacking cases on a dolly.
"I'll take my old Rickenbakers, that's all I am gonna need said Lila as Mandi sat in a chair.
The three came down the stairs and started towards the garage with instruments and suitcases.

Hearing the roll of a dolly Pen left the mess to find the boss, Lila and Mandi carting his guitars and other instruments. "Where are you heading off too?" She walked out the kitchen and then proceeded to open the garage door, as her question stood. "Looks like a reunion concert if you ask me." She chuckled and continued to be of some help.

After the two ate lunch, Sabe got up from the bed and headed into the bathroom for a shower. Waffle stayed where she was, with not much on her mind.

"You would be correct, pen, Darkkelf was hired by my younger sister, Rikka to play her friend's birthday party, so I called up the rest of the band and we are gonna get together at the old studio over in gambino to practice for a week or so." said skotti as mandi grabbed his arm "aaaand with all the craziness about lately, when skotti is not practicing, we will be on vacation! she said happily.
"So I am appointing Luciano acting captain and you vice captain of the gang while I am gone" he said.

"I'm honored boss." Pen said with a sincere smile and bowed her head understanding the role being placed on her. "We'll keep things in order but hey you think I come and see you play at the party. I never did meet your sister." Then giving the idea a little more thought she remembered the poster Skotti and Lila signed.
"Oh and thanks again for signing that poster. I know a big Lila fan that will really appreciate it."

Luciano and Michelle came down stairs, dressed in their normal attire, to see Skotti speaking to Pen about some show he was to attend. This reminded Luciano that next week is his cousins Adam and Katherina's birthday. Today when himself and Michelle go out, they'll most likely get them something.
Right now he needed to say 'adios' to Skotti and Mandi for a little while. So, himself and Michelle walked up to them. Luciano held out his hand to shake Skotti's, "Pen and I will take care of everything while you're away. Promise." he smiled at his pseudo-brother and 'sister-in-law'. As much as he hated being the one left with the work, he didn't mind sitting in Skotti's big chair.

"Yeah what can go wrong? Between the two of us we'll keep things and the 'kids' in line." Pen chuckled and elbowed Luc in the side. After the last two days there wasn't much that could surprise her now. So really a week of looking over the base should be a cakewalk. Though the Headquarters will feel a bit empty without them, being recognized as a temporary Vice was indeed a honor.
Finishing with loading the equipment, Pen gave her goodbyes to Lila, Mandi and the boss. However she did forget to mention the little pest problem...

Skotti nodded and said goodbye and drove off towards gambino "So what's this kids name again?" asked skotti to mandi, checking her phone There are two! adam and katrina brozen" she said.
Skotti nodded and thought for a sec "ok, wait what?".

Luciano sighed as he watched Skotti and Mandi leave, he thought to himself, 'This is going to suck. . . I'm going to miss them.'
He sighed again then he looked over at Pen, "Alright,. . Michelle and I are going out. We'll be back real soon." he said, patting her on the head, "You're in charge until we come back- We won't be gone for long!"
