She moved slightly, hearing her bones grinding. She winced in pain. "we kinda cant. It's to dangerous. I cant fight one handed, I need both in order to use my staff and fire..." she got up, walked over to her bookcase and pulled a worn brown book down. "This is the spell book. If you can figure out the healing spell then maybe we could us it." she said placing it on the short black coffee table. " here open it and give me a list of herbs." she send, walking into the kitchen, her arm limp against her side

Nero opened the book Nova placed on the table and began to read some of its contents. He had absolutely no idea what it was saying. "Err... I can't read this sort of stuff. I don't know anything about magic...."

Nova was fumbling around in a cabinet " hm what?" she asked, turning around. S bottle hit the floor shattering. "Dammit" she muttered

Nero picked the book up and peered closer to it, even though that never helps. "What the hell does this mean?!", he unneccesarily cried out when he encountered the first word on a list.

Nova came in, leaving the mess on her floor. "What?" she asked, peering over his shoulder. "That's....." she trailed off reading the list. She walked back into the kitchen and grabbed a couple bottles "These" she said, her arm full of bottles.

Nero turned his head slightly so as to not knock into Nova, then noticed the pile in her arm. He quickly placed the book back on the table and picked up the bottles from her arm and onto the same table. "Geez! You could have told me to get them for you! What if you drop them all?!"

"Then I'd work from the floor." Nova said giggling. "Thanks by the way, but I didnt want to interrupted u" she said, checking the labels then the book.

"What? Interrupt me from reading a foreign book? I'd rather you did, since I don't get any of this stuff!", Nero replied with an annoyed tone, watching Nova her work.

Nova laughed "it's not that hard to read." she said flipping the page. "It's Latin, learned it last yr." she said with a smile.

"IT'S WHAT?!", Nero unnecessarily yelled out to Nova with shock horror, "You're trying to make me read Latin?! I only know English, damnit!"

Nova flinched away from him. She didnt expects him to yell, so it caught her off guard. She nearly fell over. "I-I am srry.... " she said regaining herself

"Never mind...", Nero said as he wiped his face with his arm. It looked like they were fake tears. "Anyway, what else do you need...?", he said as he looked at the book.
