Well. Three weeks ago they took down the public test realm so they could implement it and have the people who work at Riot exclusively test it.
So I'd imagine it might be pretty soon, but then again, look at what Riot does. IT LIES.

Well, you can remove the point system and only provide comments and do just fine.
Just like you can use only a point system and no comments.
Both (or one or the other) just provide "reasoning" for why a person won. That's all. Using both, imo, is the best way to go about it, but either one will also work on their own, as long as you're still relying on the end result of a yes/no majority-wins system.
All the point systems and comments are just there for the sake of the competitors so they can see why they won, why they lost. Points are derivative of the yes/no system, and comments can almost be considered derivative of points; the judges get to explain why they scored you high in one category, and low in the other.

Oh, will fighters be PMed their point totals from the individual judges for the categories and such? Not quite the same as comments but would probably half-answer some of the questions people have about their scores, or do we have to settle for what's already posted in the main forum?
