[ KB ] I was thinking rapier for practicality facing Than, but for the sake of continuity and style I think I'll have KB armed with a sabre.
I can see it suiting his demeanor completely at the Gala, breaking away from the table to take someone at swordpoint in a blaze of fury matching his crimson coats. After training with Sho, Than will probably use an 'impromptu' sabre.

kaiori how will Than have a weapon ? question I imagine if there's a dual, KB will offer him one. Regardless, Than's able to manipulate small crafts with magic, since he used to do so much crafting. If he has a supply of metal around, which I imagine a space station is plentiful in, he'll be able to whip something up not too slowly. Although, it'll probably be more of a short sword or large dagger than a sabre.

The cradle isn't the first thing Than's come into contact with that nullifies magic, so he's working on his own 'breed' of magic, so to speak. I'll bet the nullifiers could stop that too, but only after exposure to it.
