as far as i know you can tell you cant physically enter the exam area....
but if say...you see lyon walking through a window...and you ....say....used a shark bullet to flush him out to avoid messing around with yoshi (which water would clear out the hallways ...so be careful)
i personally dont see anything wrong with that.
and theres no way he could avoicd that.
tiny encosed area + gushing waterfall = swept away
it would be a good surprise attack because he wouldnt have anything to block it with and no where to hide.
unless he breaks the 4th wall again like he did somehow figuring out that even though he cant see yoshi he could tell he was communicating with his teammates via ear peice.
exams should have a rule about that. unless you find out in character or are told in character and break the forthway you can be dissqualified.

nothing in your two posts in bringing in the bandit and running back in even suggests you even looked at souls character.

I was going to use that technique but not to strike Lyon. The rules said to capture the ninja not to keep the other from capturing. Besides where Lyon is there's no water. Yoshi used the water basin so i have water to draw from. I'm just gonna use the shark bullet to blast the girl with water causing her to suffer a serious case of shellshock xD That can't be against the rule because then we would have already gotten disqualified from Temao using desert eye and Komen with his ghost.
