Cytheria thought for a moment about her episode in the cemetary with Rei and the one prior to that incident. She sighed and shrugged, "Don't think so", she said after a long while.

Lucky you! Hotari laughed, shaking her head as she slung one leg over the other in her seat at the bar. Sometimes it's a burden...Like, all people want from you is your powers... She thought on that a moment and shrugged, rather ready to give up on people period.

Cytheria shrugged, "I guess I've gotten used to it, alot of people tend to have it in this town, it's almost freaky", she said. "That there's so many people here with magic ability, not that magic ability is weird." Cytheria took another drinks from her glass.

Maybe the Underground was like, some haven for the gifted? Hotari joked, shaking her head as she set her glass down, raking her nails down her arm in a fashion that should have left deep gashes as she let her eyes close tightly.

Cytheria raised a brow watching Hotari a bit concerned, "Hun... are you sure, that's.. healthy?", she asked biting her lip some a bit nervously.

Rather than verbally respond, Hotari simply shook her head. She felt somewhat stupid, perhaps too much to admit to Cytheria what was going on. It's fine, she squeaked after a moment, her hands moving to wrap around her glass to keep them occuppied.

I'm fine...Hotari repeated after a moment, her voice forced and full of pain. Her arm displayed no marks what so ever of the nails she'd dug across herself, and her frame trembled as she sat there next to Cytheria. I'm sorry for startling you, or anything..

Hotari continued to tremble a moment, trying her best to control it before letting out a frustrated cry, which promptly stopped her strange behavior. SHe blushed profusely and looked to Cytheria, an apologetic smile on her lips. My...brother...um...she started, a nervous laugh escaping her. My brother is angry with me...

"...Oh?", she asked. "He talking to you, or something like that?", she asked offering her comfort. "I guess I wouldn't know your brother, but he doesn't sound very nice..", she said.

He's not...Hotari laughed after a moment, shaking her head as she wrapped her arms tightly around herself. He's pissy because another brother of ours took his sword and didn't say anything, then broke it. I don't see why he can't just fix it, but...She shrugged and shifted to rest her cheek against the counter, letting her eyes fall shut. He acts like Rei's my responcibility because out of all of us here, we're closest.

Cytheria nearly spit her drink out at the mention of Rei's name. "You mean, there's one worse than Rei? My God." Cytheria sat quiet for a moment in thought. "...You're Rei's little sister..?"

I'm older than Rei, actually...Hotari told Cytheria, frowning some. You know him? She wanted to offer her apologies, as she knew he wasn't being as nice as she knew he could be, but shrugged instead. She didn't blame him for how he was acting, she understood. It hurt to have the one you love stab you in the heart and laugh at it.
