I'm not one to get worked up over celebrities.
On another note, my jeep is out of commission permanently. Or rather, I no longer feel safe driving it so I'm not going to drive it. My parents want to use their 1,500 tax return to get a new car, but I'm not going to let them do that. They can't really afford it anyways, their bankruptcy won't allow them to sign for it, and I'm not going to struggle with another 18 year old hunk o' junk when I don't have the resources or the know how to do so.
Oh, and I'm back after internet-less hiatus, if anyone noticed. whee

TeaDidikai I liked his movies, but I wouldn't call it tragic myself. It's not globally tragic or anything, but I do think it's terribly sad when an innocent child loses their parent. It would be just as sad if a non-celebrity died.

Myself, I don't treat other people's losses as calamities. Sad? Yes. But I'm not one to over dramatize other people's sorrows.

I'm not sure whether to laugh or cringe at this.

Toss some thoughts over this way. The teacher I work with was in a car accident last night. She'll be fine, but she'll be out for weeks at best. Our students need consistency so this SUCKS.

I unabashedly request hugs, because I'm about to have surgery in less than a week (we set the date today) and it's minor and outpatient and all, but hospitals scare me when I'm just visiting them. Anxiety reins until Thursday. sad
