Caleb will fight Mable; she uses Houndour, Weavile, Feraligatr, Machamp, Haxorus.
"Aww...do I really have to babysit this kid today?"
Caleb turned to see Mable strolling his way.
"You might want to get your robot eyes fixed you old hag..." Caleb said quietly.
She scoffed in response. "How dare you!" she shrieked before sending out a Houndour. Caleb looked to his Marshtomp and gave him a nod.
"Use Take Down!" Caleb ordered. "Put that little boy and his muddy little pet in their place with Bite!" Mable screeched. The two pokemon collided. Marshtomp cried out as Houndour sank its teeth into his arm. "Brick Break!" Caleb called. A swift chop to the head got the Houndour to let go before it collapsed to the ground.
Mable stomped her foot before recalling her Houndour and replacing it with a Weavile.
"Well two can play at that game..." Caleb muttered. He gestured for his pokemon to come back over before he sent out his Charmeleon. The fire type snorted as he glanced back at Caleb. He didn't seem to pay attention much, or really care about their opponent. Not until he took an Ice Punch to the jaw at least. Well that certainly did it. Two can play at that game. Charmeleon opened his mouth wide before an intense blast of fire errupted from his throat.
After complaining about the smell of burnt hair, Mable recalled the Weavile and sent out Feraligatr. Good thing Caleb knew his type differences. He quickly recalled his Charmeleon before sending out his Chinchou. She looked at Caleb and then to the Feraligatr before looking back at Caleb again with a 'really?' look on her face.
"You can do it..." he assured her. "Use-"
"Use Chip Away! Show that little runt what a real water pokemon is!" Mable called.
"Ion Deluge!" Caleb shouted.
The Feraligatr bounded forward before striking at the Chinchou again and again. As the Feraligatr struck her, she dispersed electrically charged particles. She absorbed electricity received from the attack.
"Discharge!" Caleb ordered. His Chinchou sent out a flare of electricity from her antennae, easily striking the close range reptile.
Mable huffed and puffed before calling back the Feraligatr, switching her Machamp out instead.
"Try this on for size!" she taunted.
Caleb raised an eyebrow. "No thank you..." he replied. He switched out his Trapinch. Mable just laughed.
"Are you kidding me? Are you running out of options kid?"
"We'll see who gets the last laugh..." Caleb answered.
"Use Submission!" she called.
"Dig!" Caleb ordered quickly. His Trapinch burrowed into the ground underneath as the Machamp tried to grab for her. "Sunny Day!" Caleb called. The room suddenly became brighter. Sunlight forced it's way into the enclosure from above through what little space the leaves gave.
"Now Solarbeam!" Caleb shouted. His Trapinch dug up behind the Machamp, absorbing energy from the sunlight before opening her mouth and blasted a bundled beam of light from her mouth. The Machamp swayed from the attack, but still managed to hold its footing. Caleb's Trapinch scooted closer before nudging it with her foot. The Machamp fell face first into the ground.
Mable looked about ready to throw a fit. "I'm just getting started!" she shouted, replacing the Machamp with a Haxorus. Caleb quickly recalled his Trapinch before she could be targeted.
Caleb frowned a little. Most of his pokemon were already tired from battling. Not all of them though. He hesitated before sending out his Axew.
Mable just stared. "Is this a joke to you?"
His Axew looked from him to Mable and her Haxorus. Axew was not a happy camper.
"We'll see who is laughing after we're done!" Caleb retorted. "Use Dragon Dance!" he told her. She huffed and did a little jig. She froze whenever Mable started laughing. Oh no she didn't. Before Caleb could issue another order, Axew launched a shock wave from her mouth at the opponent.
"I said Dragon Dance...not Dragon Pulse..." Caleb groaned. She just gave him a look.
"Guillotine," Mable yawned. She looked somewhat bored at the moment. The Haxorus charged for the Axew, lowering its tusks at her. Caleb dived in, scooping her up before rolling out of the way of the stampeding dragon.
"Dragon Dance again...and this time...listen," Caleb ordered her gently. She pouted a bit before pulling away from him and doing her little dance again. "Now...Dual Chop..." Caleb told her, getting up and dusting himself off. The Axew blinked at him before smirking wide and rushing the Haxorus before brutally hitting it with her little fists. The Haxorus fell over. Axew stood on its back looking victorious.
"AAAAAAARGH!" Mable shouted. She called her Haxorus back before storming out of the room.
Caleb laughed. "Nice job..." he said before calling back his Axew.

"Sylveon, Protect Xerneas, I'm counting on you" Rose ordered, and her Sylveon jumped onto the tree which was Xerneas and prepared to defend it from the members of Team Flare.
Rose called out her Frogadier and prepared to battle as well, trusting Sylveon while she dealt with one of the grunts.

Rei spun around to meet his challenger, silently cursing the fact that he didn't bring his stronger team.
"Hello, Aquan. You'll regret challenging the might of our team," he stated in an irritating matter-matter-of-fact tone. Rei pulled out his PokéBall and hoped for the best, tossing it into the battle.
"Go on, Gex. Good luck."
"Go, Liepard."
The two stared each other down for a moment before the Liepard sprung into action, batting her paw against the Treecko. It flinched, not ready for the attack so quickly, and Liepard followed up the attack with a sharpening of her claws. Rei knew he didn't have much time to stop the cat, so he ordered a quick Energy Ball before using Detect. The Liepard's slashing attack was narrowly avoided by the Treecko, missing his throat by an inch. Treecko sent another Energy Ball the Liepard's way, but while creating the ball, was slashed across the face by the cat's vicious claws. With his vision fading to black, Treecko summoned up all his energy and threw what he knew to be his last Energy Ball. The Liepard pounced on the Treecko, but was blasted away by the now more powerful attack. Both Pokémon collapsed.
The first battle took place within thirty seconds.
Rei recalled his Treecko and sent out his next Pokémon, Bagon. With a cocky grin, the Flare grunt sent out his Croagunk.
"I seem to have picked the weakest of Aqua's team," the man taunted. Rei said nothing in response to the man, save for one compound word:
"Zen Headbutt." The Bagon's head glowed, and before Croagunk had a chance to taunt Rei in pantomime, received a full blow to the face. Bagon's head was not to be trifled with. The force of the blow sent Croagunk bowling into the Flame grunt's legs, causing the human to fall over. Rei smirked.
"I seem to be battling the dumbest of Flare's company." He glanced down at Bagon.
"Emo Cloud, you're free to attack them again. Don't worry if the grunt is in your way." The Flare member scrambled to his feet and managed to avoid the battering ram that was Bagon, his devoted Croagunk taking the full force of the hit. The fighting frog did not rise again.
The grunt was beginning to lose his composure, his shades askew.
"Mightyena, finish this fight! That's his last Pokémon!" The wolf leaped from the ball and glared down at the little Bagon. The Bagon could not match its unwavering stare and looked down, ashamed. Sufficiently intimidated, it fought using a newer ability; converting its shame into anger, it released a mighty gust from its mouth and struck the Mightyena. It responded in kind with a ferocious attack, pinning Bagon to the ground and biting down at its prey. Rei knew his only chance at defeating the wolf was to let his Bagon continue using Dragon Breath until it fainted, and commanded his Pokémon accordingly.
"Emo Cloud, I'm sorry. Hang in there. Dragon Breath until you can't." Accepting its fate, the Bagon built energy until it couldn't contain the blast, and opened its mouth. A more powerful gust erupted from within, knocking the Mightyena off of the Bagon and paralyzing it. Bagon passed out from its injuries.
The grunt laughed, victorious.
"Go on, Mightyena, bite the throat of that man. He can't defend himself even if he tried."
Though paralyzed, Mightyena was still more than able to chomp down on a human. Unfortunately, it would not get that chance. From above, a Zubat sent out a sinister ray of confusion at the Mightyena. The wolf smacked itself against the floor, unable to control itself very well with the stacked states of Confusion and Paralyzation.
It was Rei's turn to laugh. "You're not very observant," he remarked, smiling at his trusty Zubat.
"Countess, there's little chance for the poor dog to attack back. Just Leech Life it into submission." The bat swooped down on the Mightyena. A feast! Mightyena couldn't defend itself; it was either paralyzed, or bit itself in the foot for trying.
The grunt could only gape at the scene before him. Just his luck. Disgust splayed across his face, he recalled his Mightyena.
"Underestimating an opponent is a rookie mistake," Rei said nonchalantly.
"So I've noticed." The man adjusted his shades.
"So... I guess I'll see you later."
The Flare grunt snorted. "What, no witty comebacks? No taunting?"
Rei shrugged in reply. "I'm not always a jerk. We just have very differing viewpoints."
The Flare grunt nodded. "True enough, Aquan. I may dislike you and your team, but I suppose I can respect strength for what it is." With that, the Flare grunt turned around and left the tree.

Michael looked at Bryony and smiled. "So you will be fightin' me ugly? Well this should be quick and easy, and did anyone tell you green is a horrible hair color?" The admin was getting pissed now and yelled. "You little punk has anyone taught you manners? Nevermind don't answer that question. Time to pay." She then threw a pokeball and out popped a Liepard. Michael thought about it for a minute and then threw his own pokeball. Out appeared Spike, which barked at the Liepard and then launched a thunderbolt, but before it could hit, Liepard hit with Sucker Punch, and then was hit by the thunderbolt. The attack was to much for the Liepard and it fainted. The admin looked at Michael and growled before throwing out another pokeball. This time out came a Lairon. Spike growled at the steel pokemon and tried to use roar. It succeded and out came Bisharp. The Bisharp used Night Slash which hit and nearly knocked Spike out. Spike then used one more thunderbolt which connected but the Bisharp was still standing and used another night slash on Spi9ke which knocked him out. Michael called him back with a well done and then looked at Squirt. Squirt ran on the field and used ice beam, freezing the Bisharp solid, and then finishing with a water pulse. With a slight curse under her breath the Admin threw another pokeball this one holding her Lairon. The lairon tried to attack with take down but missed, and Squirt just fired another Water Pulse knocking it out instantly. She growled again and then let out her Armaldo. Squirt attacked with another water pulse but after the Armaldo used Aerial Ace on him. The attack hit and hit hard for a critical hit. The Admin grumbled and sent out her last pokemon Pyroar. The Pyroar jumped out of the ball and hit Squirt with a fire fang dealing double damage for a critical. Squirt was not looking good so Michael reached into his satchel and pulled out a hyper potion from his bag and threw it at Squirt healing him to full. The Pyroar tried to use flamethrower and hit but did minimal damage. Squirt then used Water Pulse again, and the Pyroar countered with another flamethrower which hit. Squirt used water pulse again and the Pyroar was down. The Bryony glared at Michael and said. "This is not the last you'll hear from me boy." Michael just laughed and replied. "Come back anytime for another a** whoopin' ."
Bryony; she uses Liepard, Bisharp, Lairon, Pyroar, and Armaldo

Lysandre cursed under his breath as himself and his team mates were defeated once more. "Fine." He said, scowling. "You can have Xerneas." He took out a Holo Caster and sent Maddy the coordinates to Team Flare's main base. "Bring Xerneas there next week. We will end this childish game once and for all. One of us shall lose and the other shall become a God." With that, he escaped with the rest of his crew. Maddy took out her TADS and looked down at the screen, reading the characters displayed upon it. "Exactly what game are you playing, Lysandre? A God?" She closed her TADS and pocketed it and was about to issue some more orders to her companions when the Xerneas tree suddenly flashed a brighter light then before. The light reached out in all directions, creating a magical, rainbow glow wherever it touched. When the flash died down, the very walls of the tree permeated with a dim, rainbow light. In the middle of the room, in place of the tree, stood a tall, black and blue, deer-looking Pokemon. It's head was adorned with a vast set of antlers, with four points on each side, each point branching off into more horns. At the moment, the horns glowed a pale blue. Xerneas bowed it's head at the Sylveon that had appeared to be keeping guard over it during the previous commotion. It then walked past the much smaller Pokemon and approached the human being that appeared to be the leader of the group that had fought off the bad men. The pained cries of Xerneas' counterpart, Yveltal, filled the Legendary Pokemon's head. It felt deep inside that the people surrounding it now seeked to end that very suffering. Maddy stood as tall as she could as the Legendary Pokemon approached her. Her heart fluttered and she wanted to back away, but she knew as Leader of Team Aqua she just couldn't. Once it was close enough, the Pokemon lowered it's head and peered into Maddy's eyes, but mainly her green one. It's eyes were the same blue as it's fur, with X-shaped pupils. It just stood there, looking at her. She wasn't sure what to do, but she wouldn't dare look away.

"Sooooo beautiful." Rose said in reference to Xerneas, walking towards it and towards Sylveon. She knelt and carefully picked up her Sylveon "Thank you for protecting Xerneas, my little friend" he said, snuggling with her Sylveon and giving her some much deserved attention and glory.

Caleb didn't really seem to care much about Team Flare fleeing. He was much more distracted with Xerneas' tree. As the legendary pokemon appeared before them, Caleb felt even more numb than before. His head was spinning. He felt ready to burst.
"You were right Grandpa..." he whispered hoarsely. It was truly an amazing sight to see. His Marshtomp touched his arm. Caleb just stood there dumbly and watched as the Xerneas walked towards Maddy.

Rei stared in awe at the legendary Pokémon. It was quite the sight. His Zubat hovered silently over his shoulder, keeping a wary watch over the exit. He turned to the closest person to him, Caleb.
"Don't see that every day."
He thought for a moment. Did legendary Pokémon speak? If so, he wasn't hearing anything. He figured he probably wasn't significant enough to talk to, anyways. He inwardly shrugged and settled on studying the scanner in possession.
"I wonder if Xerneas can give us any insight into Yveltal?" Rei asked aloud.

Eventually, Xerneas nodded at Maddy and then straightened up. It proceeded to look at her. "Well... We can't walk around Kalos with a Legendary Pokemon following us." Maddy said, mostly speaking to herself as she reached into her handbag. "I have no wish to use your power, but I think it may be safer for the both of us if you stayed in a Ball for now." She took an empty Ultra Ball out of her handbag and held it up to the Legendary Pokemon. She didn't want to insult it by presenting it a cheap, normal Poke Ball. "I will stay with the marked one as long as I am needed." A strong, but calm, male voice rang through everybody's heads. Xerneas leaned forward once more and pressed his nose to the empty Ball, the contrapton opening up and swallowing him. The Ultra Ball clicked right away, no shaking. Maddy breathed a sigh of relief. "Having a captured Legendary Pokemon feels so wrong..." She said, carefully placing the ball back in her handbag. "I'll release him once we stop Lysandre for good." She turned to her friends. "I guess our mission today has ended. Let's get back to the house and store our new ally safely away." She left the tree through the opening they came in from.

"Maybe" Rose answered to Rei "Whatever evil objective Team Flare has, they cannot be allowed to succeed. Not only that, but they must not be allowed to harm Yveltal, Yveltal is a living, breathing Pokemon and shouldn't be used as a weapon and shouldn't be made to suffer." Rose did like hearing Xerneas's voice in her head, it made her smile.
Maddy was leaving, so she turned to follow Maddy out
