I thought it was an easy ruling unlike the other one I had to deal with, but the regs state that I should run them by Deviant & Shinsua. I'm hopin' that I won't have to run situations by them for each time, since it'll slow down operations.
Doctor Who! ^_^ Yep. He was going to be an odd little man with his Eight Gates & the Sumitsuki 'line. Found a loophole within the Sumitsuki that I'd not allow here in the SN... the loophole was simply too convenient.

Okay this bloodline contest has taken entirely too long. If you don't have your bloodline in yet I am sorry but c'mon.
I take that back, it hasn't been as long as I thought. I guess it's just the anticipation and me already having my profile and bloodline request filled out.
