QUESTIONS: Did y'all get lots of wing stickers during the summer event part 1? Do y'all like the Captain America free item? What are you grateful for? Did something good happen this week? Just wondering...
MY ANSWERS: Yup I have lots of wing stickers. Now I wish gaia would give us some good Tree House items. The new pie apron .. lol... noooo. It rained here a bunch and my garden is happy so I'm happy.

QUESTIONS: Did y'all get lots of wing stickers during the summer event part 1? I kept forgetting! crying
Do y'all like the Captain America free item? Not really...
What are you grateful for? Cookies! Which I just so happen to be baking for a friend. (I might be sneaking one or two for myself...)
Did something good happen this week? I sold 7 very expensive coffee machines in one sitting, getting the attention and congratulations of a few managers. Also, I got my car fixed. Did I tell you guys I finally got myself a car?

Wars come and go,QUESTIONS: Did y'all get lots of wing stickers during the summer event part 1? Not really, but I am not worried about it because they haven't really been releasing anything that great recently.
Do y'all like the Captain America free item? I think that it would be a lot nicer if they had made it where you could wear it on your back.
What are you grateful for? I am grateful that I am not dead yet (though I am tired of not feeling like I am at home anywhere that I am at).
Did something good happen this week? I didn't die. I managed to get some Zantac for my acid-reflux and heart-burn. I didn't completely lose my mind. but my soldiers stay eternal.

Congrats giesta on a new profile. Very trippy. I like the color.
Congrats jj on another week of life. I hope the Zantac keeps working for you. Acid reflux is painful.
Congrats kin on selling a whole lot of coffee makers. And MEGA-congrats on getting a car. That's fabulous!!
Congrats yuki on something maybe good happening.
My "something good happened" this week is *trumpets and drum roll* -- I found my long-lost jumper cables in a box that's been in storage for years.
Three things I'm grateful for: (1) tomatoes finally ripe enough to eat (2) a call from a friend who I hadn't heard from for a while (3) air conditioning in 98 degree weather.

THIS WEEK'S QUESTION:
Who (living or dead, real or fictional) do you admire and look up to?
There are so many to chose from. Among others, I admire Jimmy Carter. After lots of criticism and being a one-term president, he could have run home to his little town to hide. Instead he started Habitat for Humanity.
I also admire my 82 year old neighbor lady who still keeps up her beautiful garden and works as a bookkeeper even after a serious heart attack. She's amazing!

Thanks for the compliment Harvey, I wanted a green Profile and found a variety of pictures of the gemstone Malachite and decided I liked the patterns of it and used it for pictures on my Profile. Johnny Carson, he was a part of our country's comedy fabric for many many decades and was a good social commentator for the times. And he had an amazing sense of humor for his era. ^8^ And now "For a really big shooooooooooe* *(Show)" Johnny Carson

Thank you for congratulating me on living another week. I feel that it isn't as much an accomplishment as it is a gift. The fact that I live to see another day is something that I am privileged of having the chance to experience. Everyday day that we live is another chance to succeed in doing what we really desire to do. Not everybody in this world will live to see tomorrow... which is unfortunate but true.
Congratulations on having such a successful week. It sounds like your week has been a little piece of heaven... especially with your tomatoes finally being ripe enough to eat.
I am thankful for one more thing... I am thankful that you are going to feel generous enough to send me a few of your tomatoes. rofl

Harvey_Kinkle THIS WEEK'S QUESTION: Who (living or dead, real or fictional) do you admire and look up to? I really admire a really good friend of mine. He's younger than I am, and he's got a reputation of not being the sharpest tool in the shed, but he set a goal to study Medical Coding. Everyone thought he'd fail or have to repeat some classes, but not only did he go for it, and passed it in a few months; but he got a job in his field within weeks. I still can't decide what I want to study...

Those tomatoes look so good... I am sure that they would be spectacular minus all of that stuff that is on them. I love just eating tomatoes like apples. (I am afraid that I am a little bit glad that you can't send me any of your tomatoes, though... Tomatoes mess up my stomach. I think that it is the acid in them that does it.)
