Drew smiles and nods to Derrik, taking in one last deep inhale before drinking it all down in one go. The fur on his tail bristles out as he shudders, "Oh hell that's good!"

Dimitris pretended to have a choking fit from the strong smell accumulating in the room before burying his nose in an air freshener and heading outside.

The coon chuckled softly to himself, at both the sight of Dimitris retreating to the outdoors and Drew's reaction to the drink. "Here's to repulsive scents." He swept up his drink, brought the brim to his lips and downed it as quickly as possible before finally slamming the empty glass back down on the wooden counter. "Ahh.." He shook his head, clearing the dim blurs from his vision. "That's the stuff.."

Rocky grabbed the glass and raised it high. "To us!" He tilted his head back and chugged the drink, coughing slightly afterwards, rubbing his eyes and nodding. "And I thought nothing could burn me~ That burned my insides!" He gripped the counter to try not to fall over. "Heh, woah~ Oh, hey there! Welcome to the HTC!" He called to the newcomer. "Bleh! I smell cigarette smoke..." He said, covering his nose with a handkercheif from his pocket.

Ren turned his head to what he mentally classified as a 'strangeling' and nodded. "I take it you don't smoke," he said. He stuck out a hand. "Ren," he said to the strangeling.

Rocky stumbled slightly, smiling with a soft blush form slight intoxication. "Rocky~ Nice to meet you Mr. Ren...And if I may ask, what is a 'strangeling'?" His telepathic powers coming into play.

Suspiciously, Ren replied with his usual answer to this question-"You, in my opinion." He reached over to a bowl of peanuts and did the obvious thing people do with peanuts.

Derrik plopped his bum down on a stool, and, upon hearing Dimitris's entrance, spun his head to look at the fur. In hindsight, it was a mistake, as his mind twisted his vision and nearly sent him stumbling from the stool. Luckily, he caught a grip on the countertop and pulled himself upright. "Urmm.. You? I guess?" He chuckled quietly just as his glass slipped from his lax paw, clattering to the ground. "Ah! Oh.. Oops."

Rocky snickered aloud, face beet-red from drunkeness. "Oh, Rocky's a demigod, you silly whatchamacallit~ He has psychic stuffs~" He shut his maw and burped, not opening it as small flames spouted from his nostrils. "W-woah!" He slurred as he giggled.

The coon buried his face in his paws, unable to stop himself from giggling at Rocky. "Th-The fire!.. Hehehe~" He reached across the counter and gave the wolf a playful shove on the shoulder, once again, nearly causing him to fall from his seat.
