x-cupids arrow-x Sammy looked downwards, seeing the bench. Vixen landed and almost returned himself, but Sammy then realized that she couldn't walk over there. She whispered something to Vixen and he flew over to the bench and dropped her off, then returning himself. "Yo," she greeted. He chuckles. He then stretches his arms behind the bench putting an arm behind Sammy. Not intentionally, he's just trying to get comfortable. "Quite the place eh? I used to come here all the time as a kid."He continues to watch the moon dance in the water's reflection. There was always something about the moon that interested him.

x-cupids arrow-x "Really?" Sammy asked, fascinated. "I always imagined you as the sorta guy who would go around bustin' heads as a kid," she snickered, shaking her head. He sighs, remembering his mother. "I used to sneak out here at night since it's in the safety of a town and try to catch wild Pokemon with my bare hands. It was when I hadn't unlocked my Hybrid potential so I guess you can imagine how hard that was."He laughs a bit, remembering how stupid of a kid he was.

Aro seemed to be huffing pretty hard by the time they reached HQ again. As soon as Aro landed, Arekku jumped off and returned the large flying rock type. "Hmhm, you've been working hard all day, I'm glad you're on my side." He smiled and sat down on the beach, wondering if Dark and Sammy were still fighting.

Sammy chuckled a bit. "With your bare hands? Yeah, you were pretty stupid... Still are," she snickered, patting him on the head. "Luckily in Slateport not having a pokemon was common. Most didn't get them 'til they graduated," she remembered. "But still, I figured that you were always a hybrid... Is there a way to, y'know, become a hybrid?" she asked. That would certainly make it so she'd never be the damsel in distress again.

"Luckily in Slateport not having a pokemon was common. Most didn't get them 'til they graduated," she remembered. "But still, I figured that you were always a hybrid... Is there a way to, y'know, become a hybrid?" she asked. That would certainly make it so she'd never be the damsel in distress again. He brags. His expression suddenly seems to turn depressed. "I wouldn't recommend it though.... It's tough being different. You get odd looks, people start to become scared of you... Not quite human, not quite Pokemon. Even Pokemon give you odd looks..."He sighs, his head going back to allow himself to look up at the sky. "...It takes a tole on your heart after awhile... It hurts being so different sometimes."

"I wouldn't mind being different!" She declared, wanting so bad to not be weak anymore. Everyone else had special aura powers, or could do something extraordinary... Sammy just had fighting, and she wanted to be better at it. "Please make me into a hybrid, Mr. Dark-sama!" She begged, using two terms of polite acknowledgement of higher power instead of her usual one.

"You're doing so well by yourself, becoming a Hybrid would be almost like cheating."He says. Although one part of him wants to. The part of him that likes to fight. "What would I get out of it?" He asks. He seems almost determined to convince Sammy not to.

He doesn't look happy. "Hybridization was originally invented as a tool of war. It was meant as a means to fight back once all your Pokemon were KO'd.... Are you certain you wish to be hybridized?"He asks as he lights up a cigarette.

I'll never again have to hear 'you're not strong enough' or 'you're just a girl' again? If so, then yes," she assured with a nod of her head, ending her epid 'Would it' speech. She tossed the orb up once, then grasped it in her hand when it made its descent.

Arekku looke around, he wondered if there was anyone inside, but first he let Tanz from her pokeball, the little Nidoran (F) shyly got behind him as they walked into and empty HQ. He felt a twinge of sadness, as there usually was someone there. He shrugged off the feeling and went back outside to stare up at the sky for a while.

Sammy had the abnormal feeling that there was someone at HQ. She shrugged it off, looking at Mr. Dark. "Hmm? Uhm..." She thought back to Slateport.
