So hey guys, I had a bad night, slept like crazy, had a dream about my family being possessed by some evil demon woowoo-spirit and me having to go around whooping a**, woke up with an erection and feeling like someone ran me over with a damn train, grumble, wash up, come back here thinking "SAY, THE RESULTS," turn on my computer, smack the tower a couple times 'cos my fans love to rub this piece of tape I'm too lazy to move, sign on, open FireFox, regret having YouTube videos open my last session-

..All this talk of the BG series and Jade Empire and KOTOR, etc. has been hilarious. Given SoA is where I made De'Doy'de'Dah back when I was 12.
Also, Frozen Mallet's always a good pick on Olaf. Berserker's good since his ult makes Merc not -as- needed. Warden's Mail you're gonna wanna upgrade, Frozen Heart's solid, Nashor's Tooth's iffy.

I personally roll with the heavy balance mods for the original PSX version, in which case all classes are at least fairly potent and the broken ones aren't the end-all of rape.
..then again, in those, Red Chocobos kick a**.

Warden's Mail you're gonna wanna upgrade, Frozen Heart's solid, Nashor's Tooth's iffy.I went with Warden's Mail vs Randuin's Omen because I find most games I play I can't afford to invest in more than one or two legendary items because the games end so quickly. If I had the time/money, of course I would upgrade it. Nashor's Tooth I thought fit Olaf pretty well.
+50% AS - Good overall
+55 AP - Good for... His lightning attack. Can't remember the name, unless the AP doesn't affect it. The LoL site is out of date. =/
-25% CD - Good
+ 10mana /5 - Ok
Plus it's an affordable item

Omen's just too potent though, and you should once you get used to Olaf get decent enough kills & minions farmed to have enough gold to nab it.
Reckless Swing isn't modified by AP at all. It's in true damage (meaning it can't be mitigated), to your enemy and himself. Ergo why you want more health, or one reason why.
The stats you want are AD and Health. So Nashor's Tooth is only really good for the CDR, and there's better for that elsewhere.
