What he's trying to say was that England thought he was a cute little girl when he first met him and when he realized his mistake it was too late since so many people had been calling him and his home Georgia for quite some time by that point~! emotion_awesome

I actually think this is a good back story to explain how Georgia started off confusing the ever loving mess out of people with his gender or sexuality. (After all, I wouldn't be surprised if some of his siblings think he's a bit of a poof.)

That is pretty lazy on their part. Then again, being a mother of 13(12 states and fem!America) before getting you, I would start getting lazy with the names, too.
