Ah. Sorry, but no. Hei invented that room, meaning it was by his hand and effort that the cold was generated to freeze Hibiki and the walls would keep him inside. Hibiki being beaten by the room means that, by extension, he lost to Hei as well.
And if you think about it, he also lost to cold and metal.
Which really sucks...

Fighting on Hei's turf like that is already a handicap for Hibiki, I think Dante's got a point with the win thing. Besides, the room Hei built beating Dante should be the victor if nothing else by that logic, if not Hibi.
