Well, insomniacs don't sleep.. like, at all. The entire night, mostly. So maybe you just have stress problems / the bed's giving you trouble. D; try drinking warm milk before you go sleep!

;P I drink milk only cold lol...I guess so but still it's a trait I have like since I was 5 or 6 years old maybe I dunno..It's kinda wierd but as long as I'm feelin ok thats all that matters ;3

Lol true true..A cold can of Dr peper or sprite or ice tea helps me sleep better..I like toatlly drink lemonade everyday..It's yumeh ;3
