I think NCAA Football 08 is unrealistic in that I had a running back break his toe and he came back two minutes later without a single problem, but my quarterback has back spasms and he's out for three games.

Maybe they're really bad back spasms. Like, to the point that the muscles spasm and crush the person standing behind him.
Or the QB is a sissy.
