I am talking about oil imports. Instead of importing oil from the Middle East, why not import the oil from Canada? biggrin

Because the people in Northern BC are already whining about the proposed pipeline that will cut across the province from the Alberta tar sands to the coast so as to provide oil for Asian countries. xp

It would be a good idea if the Philippines, Japan and South Korea all decided to get oil from Canada instead of the Middle East. It would provide a nearer source of oil to the three countries involved. biggrin
