Elliterate @Viz; Yeah, it was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Although I have to say Silent Hill is still up there for my favourite atmospher/soundtrack. I never ruined that game by seeing the film either. So it's still pristine to me! Hahaha. BG II I just recently started playing through again with Van! I really love the Baldurs Gate series. I didn't mind NWN either.
Everything is MMO these days. I miss the hey day of the PC RPG. :cMass Effect series. best cRPG since NWN2, which was the best thing since KOTOR. NWN2 would've been incredible had it come out of the box with no bugs. or at least 1/100 of the s**t it came with.

Yea, gotta love Mass Effect.
I like any game where my choices effect the world.
But what I like even better is when my choices effect the world over series of continuous games.
Makes for many, many playthroughs.

I didn't care for NWN2 for some reason. Don't get me wrong... good game, just not what I was hoping for. It just didn't grab me quite the same way NWN1 did.
But yeah, ME, ME2, KOTOR 1/2 = best RPGs in the world of MMO-Land.

Gold Alexander Yea, gotta love Mass Effect. I like any game where my choices effect the world. But what I like even better is when my choices effect the world over series of continuous games. Makes for many, many playthroughs. I got to headbutt a Krogan and throw a guy out of a window for being stubborn during an interrogation. XD the gameplay is also incredibly well-done, which is something Planescape: Torment can't necessarily brag about. that game just had the most amazing plot and dialogue of any videogame ever. seriously, you got to fight your own ******** soul.

I got the one where you ally with no one once, and the other one where you ally with LaCroix another time. I meant to play it more, but it was really glitchy and so I just sort of never bothered trying to find a better version.
I have never played Mass Effect. Maybe I should get around to it?!
After Pokemanz is completed though! x3

I bought ME2.
Popped it into my ******** BREAKS AFTER THE ******** TUTORIAL.
Took the game back, now I have a ******** broke console on my hands.
Won't buy ME2 for PC because my saved games are all on 360.
Also, Arcanum's gameplay wasn't the best, but it was like Planescape in that its shortfalls were made up for in story and atmosphere.
EDIT:: Yeah, play it again. Siding with the Anarch is basically like siding with yourself, sort of, but you can side with Ming to get a different ending, and playing as different clans gets different results.
Obviously, playing as a Malkavian is just ******** wonderful in ways I cannot even describe.
Here's a hint for anyone planning on playing: Watch TV a lot in game as a Malkavian.
I'm also pretty sure at one point you talk to a stop sign.

My father and I just upgraded my PC. More RAM, new video card, new mobo, new case, new processor, etc. Basically got some of his old parts, and a couple new ones.
It pretty much slices through games like butter, now. Dragon Age? ******** you, you don't slow down my rig anymore, not even on max settings scream

If I could mail you my old parts, I would. My old specs would run ME1/2 and DA, albeit with a bit of lag here and there from being on the lower end of today's spectrum.
But.. I sort of gave 'em to my dad. That's part of the deal. He buys me a few new parts, I give him the old to sell or use in computers he builds for people, so he can make some money back on the parts.
EDIT:: Did Jade Empire ever come out on PC? That's a pretty damn good game too.
