"Never!" Sedric replied. "I'm killing Naraku. There's no two ways about that." he said. "And I thought breaking my spirit was your whole plan anyway. Calling me a pet, using your freakish earth powers agains't me, the works! It didn't work by the way, I just know that if I don't react to all your torment that you'll eventually get sick of it." he grinned.

"Who says you'll be the one to finally kill Naraku?!" Serene asked, standing up suddenly and glaring daggers at him.
"Your not the only one with a grudge against him, yah know. I may be royal, but I can still hold grudges like any other human."

Snow looked at them and said "Ok enough talk about Nraku for now. We blew him up a few dozen times and that spineless cowerd wount be showing his face for a while. We should leave pretty soon if we want to get to my house befor i black out and you have to find your oun way through the sheild that conseals my home" she said befor she turned to Sedric and said "Theres a very spesial present for you for Christmas. I know youll look forward to it" she said.

"I already know what it is." Sedric said blankly as he followed her. He imagined himself wearing a collar and a leash, then shook his head, hating the thought with the passion.

Snow looked at Sedric and said "Its not a leash or collar like i said it would be. The present is going to be something youll really enjoy" she said with a sweat smile

"Fine..." Sedric said, unconvincingly since he still didn't trust her. A thought suddenly crossed his mind. "Um...be right back." he said, then walked back through the forest.

Snow jumped high into a tree and sat down on a branch. A bird flew up to her and landed on her head. She quikly grabbed it befor she ate it. She looked down and saw a small movement under the tree. She jumped down and saw a snake. She walked over to it quietly and gently picked it up letting it twirl around her arm as she knew it was not a posinus snake.

Sedric found what he was looking for, then placed it in a pouch he'd kept in his pocket. He tied the end of the string attached to the pouch to the orange belt he wore, then walked back to the group.

Kumi was sitting down, without saying anything for awhile. She hardly knew what the conversation was about in the first place.

Kumi grumbled and stood back up. " 'That guy in a barrier' is the reason it took so long." She replied, collecting her things, preparing to leave.

Sedric spotted something in the corner of his eye. He walked over and picked it up, adding it to the pouch.

Serene sighed and slumped against the tree nearest to her, feeling horrible that she snapped at Sedric.
She looked at Akuji thoughtfully and opened her mouth to speak.
"Akuji....do you think Sedric is mad at me for snapping at him? I mean I was just stressed...and I got annoyed....and..."
she looked to the ground, "And now I feel like crap..."

All of the sudden the snake started to freak out. Snow took a deep breath and started to sing soothing vibrations coming from her voice and the snake started to calm down from the vibrations as she sang. Spirit and Shadow flew over to Snow and landed on the tree branch above her
