The safety standard on those kind of kiddy strollers has to be quite high because the manufacturers know that kids automatically think to sit in them. I don't think it's a real cause for alarm, because even kiddy bikes/carts are prone to break if misused. 3nodding

My neice used to climb in Sascha's dolly stroller just like that all the time, then her borther and Sascha would push her around the house. She was bigger then the baby in your picture. It never folded up or broke on her. My sister and I weren't to hot on the idea, but it wasn't worth the constant fight. sweatdrop Then we decided it was actually pretty funny.
Sometimes it's hard to understand thing you see parents do until you have kids and are caught in the struggle. I can remember scowling at parents who's kids were out sockless with unbrushed hair. But when you realize that it is a law of nature that no two childerns socks of a similar size and color can exsist in the same plain of reality at any time after leaving the package, you start to feel like a real jerk for ever judging those poor parents, who were probably lucky to even have made it out of the house at all. rofl

Amen to that Angie! Now with my daughter older, it's so hard to get her motivated to get ready to go out. Ugh!

His arm and elbow area..
It's broken/fractured just above the elbow and the whole mess is dislocated.

The hospital *did* dislocate it again without fixing before they wrapped it, as seen HereThey are rebuilding his elbow in the morning. I'm freaking out and trying not to let him see me freaking out.

Your hospital lets you take the xrays/pics of them?
If it's going to be a painful procedure, ask the doctors about Vercet (I think I'm misspelling it). One of the sideeffects of it is memory loss, so I know where my husband works, they use it if they have to do something painful where they have to be awake.
How did it happen?

Oh yeah, D will be starting school this Monday. So, part of his presents for his birthday were things he's going to need. I got him a really cute backpack and some new socks.
XD I'm not sure how I feel about this yet. Right now I'm excited, but I'm not sure how I'll feel when Monday comes around.

He's home. Frustrated and in pain but home. He will never have full range of motion and the arm is permamently damaged. The damage was more extensive than previously thought, so instead of 1 screw, he got 3 screws and wire.
The hospital lost his clothes, treated us like s**t. My mom called and yelled at everyine until they agreed to go buy him new clothes. Of course then they "found" the clothes.. only took them 5 hours. Hubby was so upset with the hospital issues that he wasn't eating :-/
We have to see the orthopaedic surgeon again next friday as a follow up to the surgery. The surgery itself took 1 hour, but they did admit him overnight thursday for pain management.
The landlord also called and said his insurance company would be calling. He didn't sound happy at all :-/
