Kakasi almsot became the 6th but Tsunade woke up just before he was voted in as the 6th. Generally, the new Hokage is selected by old Hokage on their retirement, but if the old Hokage dies or is incapacitated before being able to do so, the Konoha council and the Fire Daimyō council will meet and appoint a new Hokage together — sometimes within hours of the former Hokage's death. Afterwards, the candidate Hokage will need to be approved by the jōnin of the village.

Mizuru was strong with her decisions and that's why there was a lot of arguments with them... She was pretty good though, I'm sad she had to leave....

Well that depends what was good about her.. Yea she got a whole village to rp, but everyone had to be around her. So when she was gone for like 3 days, the village died out. And people just left the guild and forgot about it during that time.

Akatsuki_Zala 0_0 you serious....? I thought she was just not liked... Well she has a bad rep one... Two she banned Jet with out consent of the Captain or VC. Lastly she just caused to many arguments in the guild, and it was daily.
