hello. My neck is better today but my shoulder is still kinda screwed up so I can't jump over walls or push heavy things, and anything too strinuous.

I've been reflecting just now, and I've stumbled apon a question. What is the connection that links sadness and sorrow to anger and rage. I know that when I get to a level of anger or sadness it switches back and forth between sorrow, depression, and rage. I can't link it. and when something bad happens then the link from sadness to rage is so close. I find the connection to be truely an enigma.
