i am playing nice! i swear! i think Brookman is just in a bad mood right now and might be looking for an outlet or even someone to hear what he has to say... someone to listen...

Dark Angels are actually quite good...
My friends dad has a hundred Death wing terminators, half of them Assault Squads, and half the Raven Wing, and they are incredibly nasty, then can destroy any army matching their points, they even owned half a dozen stompers.
My Leman Russ Executioner lols at your non-existent armour saves.

The Executioner is not threatening. Especially not for the price tag attached to it.

but 3 plasma cannons is intimidating.... especially since they wont overheat in your face... but it is very pricey...

Terminators have invulnerable saves Doober.

Yes, now beat a 3+ Invul, and they'd get behind your precious tanks, and attack from multiple angles.

BHS, you're really not going to last long with that sort of attitude, I have to say.

Which means they have no ranged weapons, and can thus be tarpitted indefinitely in WAVES UPON WAVES OF MY OWN MEN.

That's where the Raven Wing comes in, Heavy Bolter and Assault cannon.
Then there is the special characters, Azreal once fought his way out of thirty Ork boyz with two wounds left. I'd like to see any Marine character, 'cept maybe Calgar and Abbadon beat that.

whats wrong with my attitude??? plasma cannons not overheating in the face is great! the only problem is that is like 205+ points for sponson Plasma cannons... i would rather have the tried and true Battle Tank.

Its not my army.
And yeah, I've never seen it loose apart from when the Warlord titan was against it.

Not with Null Zone. twisted After going through the codex some, I'm really thinking about adding a librarian back to the mainstay of my force. Anyone have any good librarian loadouts to shoot my way?

Another point, what does every one think to Librarian combat squads?
I had the idea from the Blood Ravens, and taking a squad of three to five Librarians, led by a Father Librarian or the Chief Librarian.

Sounds like a pretty neat idea, though a bit pricey. (Using them in Apoc I pressume.) You'd want to give them all about the same powers to keep them on the same page, otherwise they might be too random to be really useful.

What would be the real benefits of fielding so many Libbies together in one squad?
