I don't have any bad intentions for her...I am a respectable man. Besides, she is one of my kind, a lycan. And your race's hate for mine doesn't bother me one bit....you aren't the first who has openly said that they hate me. This part of the city belongs to no one. You let her leave here alone then she is as good as dead.

Deciding breifly the woman might be right Lin resisted the urge to grab her gun...and she realized if she could she;d never be able to aim it right anyhow.
Instead she decided to sniff the air.
Something about this man was familiar...
rugged...animal...
it danced in her mind for a moment.

*Kamahl cracked his neck and stretched himself out a bit. His size made him a rather imposing...and impressive figure at six foot, seven inches and two hundred and sixty five pounds. All he could do was stand there in silence.*

Lin looked up towards the man and quirked an eyebrow. Ok...she didnt know how to quite take the scene. She had never met another of her 'kin' or likeness that didnt want to kill, mame or destroy her.
Her one blue and one brown eye glittered slightly. The drunken effects of hunger were fading with the strange elixer the woman had given her. Then she looked at the woman again.
"You're not a night fly with teeth are you?" She said before she thought it through....damn
"I mean..a Vampire?" Is that what they call it here, she thought.

Rowaneath grumbled her displeasure but noded her head "they kill my family and my best friend then they turn me... wasn't my fault my family were demon slayers" she sniffed. That's what they call us she reassured Lin

She pivoted to look at the man again.
"There are more Lycan's here?"

There are lycans here in NYC...as well as many other places.
*The fact that the other woman was a vampire didn't surprise him. He was perplexed as to why he wasn't attacked as soon as he stepped into the bar. It seemed to be commonplace everywhere else.*

The news kind of hit her like a bag of stones. She almost crumpled to the floor.
Thousands of questions danced in her mind.
Will they like me?
Will they kill me or try?
Do I have to pass any silly tests like in california?
