Wantcookie Harupiggy Wantcookie That's just it. I don't like it when people legitimately stereotype gays, without trying to be funny. These parades only apparently serve to solidify these stereotypes. I try to stay away from those types of gay people. It seems to be self-hating in a way. -_-
The gay people I went to school with all enforced the stereotypes. Sickened me really, cause they'd get offended when someone called them a f** or something. I really couldn't stick up for it, even though I knew it was wrong; it was like they were asking for it. Like they were acting gay/being gay for shock entertainment or something. :/ Like they didn't care what the whole LGBT rights movement was all about.
That and I was the shyest thing since, I dunno, Snorunt.*Sigh* When people find out I'm bi, the immediate response is almost always "Really? You don't look it." I always have to raise an eyebrow at that one. @Owwin: Your group? What supposedly persecuted demographic are you a part of? Cookie, if you came up to me and said that, I'd be all like, wat? But I'd like it. Homosexuality isn't a theme or a trend, it's a goddamn lifestyle.
Internet me would hug you. :3

I've apparently gotten lucky there. Everyone seems shocked to find out I'm a lesbian, but I've almost never gotten a response like that. Most people are surprised to find out I'm straight. emo

For whatever reason, people are shocked to find out that the perpetually tired and affable tall guy has more than one sexual preference. xd I've gotten that response from gays and other bis. xd

That chart is wrong. Forums are the perfect place to masturbate.

Some people outright don't believe me when they ask if I'm gay, and I say no.

Some people outright don't believe me when they ask if I'm gay, and I say no. I usually end up the target of the bi-for-the-attention girl. I guess it's my own fault though. I'm always staring at weird places on people's bodies, like shoulders and wrists, to learn to draw them better. I guess girls decided I was staring at their tits instead. lol

People are surprised when I say I'm not a girl. People are also surprised that I'm not a girl. Or a lesbian.
Ever trap a lesbian before? It's lulzy.
For the lulzy future, I plan on keeping my long hair, losing weight, and then dressing like a knock-off Gaga. :3

When I said no, she went on to assure me that it was okay if I was gay, and that they'd even help me find some guys. I wanted to say "then help me get some chicks" but I didn't.
