They reluctantly accepted me . . . and to be honest, I thought they were rather unwelcoming. I had hoped that the process was merely hard on newbies to make sure no undesirables got in. No such luck. I never joined a rp, and was challenged to a duel to the death and the owner of the guild said bluntly that she was reminded of a person she didn't like when she thought of me. Then poked me with a stick.
Not a nice crowd. as for Ramen, no, thanks. I am going to have a Taco/Fajita bake tonight and want the room. 3nodding

How mean and unjust and completely stupid. That happened to me at Reverie, I had to duke it out with the captain, we came to a mutual agreement but it wasn't a pretty scene before then stressed
I hate people like that, its like racism online.
Well, more ramen for me, then, its got shrimp in it! ^^

Perhaps it is egotistical, but I just cannot understand how I am respected and welcomed so readily here, yet in a group of supposed "elite" players I am so reviled and disrespected. It just makes no sense . . . by the very name of the guild itself, they are supposed to be the best- yet they act like the worst. domokun

You should should know the answer to that Talon, you're smarter than that, they act like that towards you probably because they recognize you are a true elite roleplayer. They may see you as better than you so they alienate you out of jealousy and maybe fear. We recognize you as a good roleplayer and we cherish that quality in you (at least I do heart ) and you're just fun to be around. You're really mature and yet not too stiff, a perfect mixture! Don't lose any sleep over it, however, that would be very stupid and you are a lot of things I dont' know, but I do know you're aren't stupid wink
