I'm back, and super excited to see toxic and Kohyoh are coming on in.

meow! sorry i was gone for a while, family emergency down south but im backkk, I read back on the posts and i believe (i may be wrong) that when i joined years ago that i had to post at least once a week for my first couple of weeks in order to stay in guild. I dont remember much from back then but i know there was a post limit of some sort for new people so that we didnt get the ones that joined and never posted.
I do know for a fact though that after a month if a new person hasnt posted at all, we drop them and send a letter to them saying they can reapply when they want.

But hey that's just lazy me talking. It was an effort to keep the guild from getting cluttered and messy, and Tutsumi was the master at that.
Hell, I do that in the other guild I am in, and can easily do that here. i have nothing but time, lol. I try and take it a step further and ask them if they are still interested, and give them tips on how to jump in, if they aren't active within a week I give them the boot.
