There are a lot of sneaky people in the Nexus, Lex. Stark's failing is that he doesn't think ahead. He's a lot like Charming in that respect.
He's banned from the Sheriff's office. Kem's team is free to send someone in to talk to the suspect, but it won't be Stark or any of his bootlickers.

I don't know about that. The Tony Stark who tricked me into helping him fake his own death? HE thought his moves in advance. WELL in advance. Maybe there's something about this particualr situation that has him rattled. Maybe he's less worried about Ayers' rights, and more about what Ayers might say about his own wrongs.

I was pretty sure they were supposed to make appointments if they weren't there on behalf of the Sheriff's office but they weren't about to listen to me and then once one of my "spells" set in, I wasn't about to kick them out. I thought Stark was going to blow through the bars for a minute there.. and that one girl looked like she wanted to kill me.
