Four say macs suck. That includes my mom. She owned one and threw it out the window.

for starters, I'veworked on macs myself before a few times, and hated every minute of it. and I wasn't even doing anything complicated. Also, requimex, if your comparison to macs is a 5to 6 yearold computer, not a good comparison. My laptop has to be at least 7 years old, if it was a mac, it would suck, but oit's a pc, and it still sucks....cause it might as well be a paper weight. Anyway, do any of you know where that video is actually from? A place called www.happynowhere.net awesome sketch comedy. Choppers750 liz_bliz Well, Tara's good enough in hand to hand to take on about 10 humans all at once and end up with them taking a trip to the hospital. Karate, Aikido and all those other form are really mean to opponents, believe you me, breaking bones and flipping you on your head is something that can be done in effectively in about 2 motions, then on to the next guy, that is, if you really know what you're doing. Not a pretty thing to be on the recieving end of. Unfortunately for Nathan, Tara is busy right now. rasberries anyone? What you mean. Nathan is not as crap as you let on. You think you know his chari but he is based off of me. A jerk when a fight is about to start. But never thinks to low of his opponent. But no I want someone because of course Xavier would want to be sure Nathan is safe. Thats his charicter. So he would send someone to help him. But the cave he will enter nullifies powers. Lastly I rather Kendo over the other martial arts but they do help when your disarmed if posible to be. I never said he sucked, but Tara is a far more experience person than Nathan is. She has been training in hand to hand and kabuto (the weapons side of martial arts) since she was 6. Your bio says Nathan has been training in swords since hewas 13, that's only 3 years. Tara has that he has been doing it for 16 years, literally as long as Nathan has been alive. She nows her way around combat, and even sword play and other weapons, but prefers leaving the weapons out of it, believing it overkill in most situations. She simply see a throughly unexperienced boy compared to her in Nathan. She's not saying he doesn't know anything, nor that he hasno skill at all, just that he isnot as good as he lets on, something she can tell by how he holds himself even out of combat.

Why Macs don't suck:
1. I have never received a Blue Screen of Death
2. I have never received a virus
3. Adobe Photoshop works MUCH better (it's built for graphic design)
4. I can duel boot my machine so I can use both Windows XP and MacOS... best of both worlds
5. The laptop is about a quarter as light as a Dell
6. It's wide screen... I love wide screen
7. It has a built in camera
8. The MacBook Pro has a magnetic power cord so when Noelle trips on it it just pops off without destroying the cord and ripping the laptop off the table so it busts on the floor
9. Backlit keyboard
10. The damn machine works. I have never had the troubles getting my Mac to work in comparison to the PC. The only time I have troubles is when I am using the Win XP side of things. (shocker)
11. No hunting for drivers to work devices for it
12. It FREAKING WORKS. (E Machines crap out too quickly, I've owned too many over the years and known people who owned quite a few. Everybody had to replace their machine within a year or two)
13. Instant spell check... my Mac highlights my misspelt words (even if I don't always listen)
14. I can easily share files with a Windows Machine on the Mac, not the other way around
15. Colorsync. When web designing you don't always get the colors you are coding in your site. On Mac's the colors are perfect.
Are Macs for everybody? No, of course not. They ARE different, but they are a different type of machine. Yes it took me time to get used to using it.
It isn't good for hard data crunching which is why I use the Windows XP side of things. I also don't have all my software in Mac versions yet so I flip back and forth.
Macs are growing, and they really aren't bad eventhough people want to pin world poverty on a Mac.

Yay, I'm closing on the new house on Tuesday. Of course, that means that our internet will be disrupted next weekend while waiting for new service to be installed.

********, my damn space bar is acting up again.
Like I mentioned before, this hunk of junk I haul around is probablyat least 6 or 7 years old, it was hand me down from my father. So sometimes, and more recently, a lot, the space bar has been needing to be nearly wacked to work, making me have sometimes up to 5 words strung together because I'm touching on the space bar like it was a well working ******** IBM

Yes by the by anyone know how to get sound back I got this.
Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There might not be a sound device installed on your computer, it might be in use by another program, or it might not be functioning properly.
When I tried to play some music....its pissing me off.
