Luciano finally made his way up to the fourth floor, he got out of the elevator and felt it was time to have everyone check in. "Everyone, sound off. Where are you guys at?" he said as he walked down a hallway. He assumed that the Casino was also a hotel.

"I'm on the first floor. We just managed to get the employees out of the building." Waffle said into her radio.
She considered taking the same route Kydre did, but waited for Luciano to respond.

Luciano got everyone else to respond soon after and then he said, "Alright. Right now I'm still inspecting the fourth floor- Waffle, you and Sabe head up to the fifth floor. Koji, after you're done on the second floor, inspect the third floor. Kydre- you and Ikuinen inspect the sixth floor. I want nobody else going off on their own. Not unless Skotti gives the order. Report to me as soon as possible. Luciano out."
A small part of Luciano felt that maybe he should go on and help Skotti himself, but he needed to wait until he was told to. He hated going in at the wrong time, and he hated when other people went off on their own 'just to see what happens'. When someone sends in a distress signal, you need to be there when they called.
Luciano had known people to do that back when he served as a Marine. Men got a little too trigger happy, or they went off to do their own thing and a C.O. needed help; never getting there fast enough.
He sighed at the very thought and then he added in, "Everyone, that's an order. If you're not where I say to be, I'm kicking your a** myself."

"Ay ay boss..." said Kydre into the radio. She took one last glance down the stairs before leaving the back room. If Skotti was in trouble he would say so but she didn't like that fact that his signal had disappeared. "Ikuinen meet me at the stairs on the second floor."

"Ha! Someone must've screwed up already!" Waffle said over the radio as she and Sabe walked up the flights of staircases.
After a while, Waffle was lagging behind. Sabe thought it wise to just carry Waffle up the stairs piggy-back.

Luciano chuckled then he said, "Tell you about it later." once he cleared the rooms on the left, he then began to inspect the rooms on the right.

The duel went on both a match for the other. Riche being chanted with encouragement from his followers who also booed the elven woman.
If Pen only knew her boss and mentor was also watching from afar. That the closest thing to a brother and a role model was searching for her. That the entire Kuro Gang was now actively trying to resolve the problem at hand. That the Black Ops were tirelessly trying to find their missing teammate. Though she went on without knowing trying to make her childhood friend submit.
One of the vampires in the crowd however did notice the elf watching from afar. Dressed in his official Kuro Gang uniform and watching closely, the vampire made the assumption the far away figure was a high ranking elf. He nudged the fellow next to him and they whispered a plan to make sure the elven woman wouldn't receive any help from the outside at all.

Kydre walked up the stairs to the second floor. When she saw no Ikuinen she leaned against the railing and waited.

The second floor had a small amount of people left. Ones who had heard the loud noise of Luc's gunshot but didn't want to inspect any further as to what caused it. Koji sent them all out in an orderly fashion, explaining that if anyone had friends or family in the building, they should call them and have them exit as soon as possible. The rooms were emptied and he moved on to the third floor as instructed. He radioed in once he got there and cleared the floor, not many people were around. "Floors two and three are clear. Over."

From inside the stair well at the ground floor, hurried footsteps could be heard getting closer to the door. The door was bumped once, then twice and a third time. It lay silent for a moment and then promptly began to sizzle in the middle, blaze cinder red and collapse ontop of itself, revealing Ikuinen with his rune gun drawn and aimed where the door was.
Hopping over the charred remains of the door, Ikuinen rushed to the center of the stair well and looked up at the rows of stairs headed up. To his addled mind they looked like the stairs belonging to the tower of babylon. He help his gun up near his face and whispered to it..
"tether"
The weapon flashed a teal glow and Ikuinen aimed it up. He fired a single shot which spewed a thick black subtance which eventually hit the cieling of stair well. The tar like substance creeped around Ikuinen's arm and sank itself into his flesh across his arm, shoulder and shoulderblade/chest region. The substance exuded a subtlely foul and unwholesome aura that Ikuinen either ignored or took no notice of.
With a spasm from the subtance it lifted him up. Rotating slowly as he went up, he saw a familiar, mission ready, well curved and very sensual figure leaning against the wall around the 2nd floor.
"OH! Most lovely, thorned black rose. I apologise for making you linger so long. May i make it upto you by, pardon the unintentional pun, giving you a lift?"
Swinging himself like a pendulum, Ikuinen grabbed the rails of the stairs with his legs where Kydre was located. He extended his arm and struck a pose which would make it easy for her to use him as an odd elevator of sorts.

Kydre's eye went wide. "Thorned black ro-Ikuunen are you feeling alright?" She eyed the hovering elf with curiosity and felt a bit confused. She stepped closer to him and hesitated.

Snapping back to himself, Ikuinen took his natural posture and attitude.
"I feel fine Kydre, just being a bit dramatic. I was part of a a troupe of performance artists before i joined the gang, it rubbed off on me. The hellucinations from some special pizza i ate didnt help much, but iam alright really."
With a shy and benevolent smile Ikuinen reached out with his free hand for Kydre to take hold of him.

Luciano heard Koji over his radio and he said back to him, "Alright." he cleared his area and then he radioed in to everyone, "Meet back in the lobby area once your designated spots are cleared."

Freya, who had gone so silent during this entire epsiode it was like she wasn't even there. She looked up as she noted that Ikuinen had left her behind.
I hate stairs, she thought as she started to jog up towards the others. They could have replaced them with escalators?
As she thought this she stopped and realized what a fool she was. She focus on the flight ahead of her as she ran towards it. Using her powers she transported herself to the flight of stairs just under Ikuinen and Kydre. Oh, magic. How easy you make things.

"Ay ay Boss Man number 2," said Kydre on her radio. She grabbed Ikuinen's hand. "Oh god I have a bad feeling about this..."
They rose in the air and stopped on the sixth floor and Kydre let go of Ikuinen and landed lightly on the landing. "That was...different. Ok to buisness!"
