Mandalore Warrior Dude, all he said was the Military is mediocre. Thats it. Not comparing it to anything. He said it today, on a thread and because hes against the war and Americans. This doushe is anti-war. This is a stupid war. We never should have gone, we shoul have been happy with Afganistan. Now we're stuck in a sandy hellhole cleaning up the mess we made. He should be Anti War. This War is a waste of US Military resources and Personel which would be better utilized at home or protecting our legitimate overseas interests, not shooting it out with a bunch of sad monkeys. Have you seen the state the veterans of this war are comming back in? Its destroyed them. They drink, shoot drugs, anything to get rid of the nightmares they have seen there. They cant sleep, thy're nervous wrecks, hell they shoot damn near everything that moves. That includes family members. Its Vietnam all over again. I support our armed forces. But I do not support this war. I never have.

Des Voh Hippies never disrespected the Military, they just pressured them to put a stop to Vietnam. What and who they did disrespect was the US Government and Nixion's actions. Des brings up a valid point, though its debatable how much pressure they exerted on the Military.

We're there for the wrong reason, yeah, but I still support the troops. Screw the war. I'm Muslim, and I tell you, we're all pissed off that they took our holy land. Thats messed up.

A while back, I saw something that pretty much sums up my feelings on the war. And it was a sign that read: Support the troops - send them home now!

Thats messed up. I'm Catholic. I know all about messing with Islam. the Crusades ring any bells? But no. It seems no one is willing to listen to history.

And not enough, huh? I bet it was just to shut the people up. Crooks. Brought what up to me? The Nuns kept telling me to turn the other cheek, to embrace pacifism and aid other in need. My priest taught me to be open to other religions and to not judge other for anything but the individuals they are. Researching our own history showed me the folly of hatred towards our fellow man and of all the mistakes we have made. I dont make any claims who's god's got the bigger d**k. It doesnt solve squat to fight over it.

LOL its not whos God has the bigger d**k, its whos religion is right. In the end, we all (3 major religions) have one God. His shlong is bigger than anyones.

We are plain Muslims. We go by the Qur'an, and on occasion to Mosque. I know, not the most religious. My parents claim to be, but they really aren't.
