Family Guy FTW! Oh Misu I'm in a literate Pokémon guild and this is the average post XD Quote: Nikota stepped into the backyard, headed for the small space her dad used as a Pokemon breeding area. The golden rays of sunlight illuminating the beautiful space, which was mostly thanks to her mother, who was a brilliant gardener. Her shoes softly pressed down on the grass as she came to a stop next to her dad, who was looking the other direction, and apparently hadn't noticed her presence yet. She softly spoke "Hey dad" startling him a bit. He had just been staring off into space, daydreaming, perhaps. She continued "What did you want me for?" Her father smiled, replying "Honey, do you remember that Pokemon egg I've been looking after for the past few months?" Nikota seemed a little confused by the question, but merely answered "Yes." Her dad laughed lowly for a minute, his smile stretching even wider. Whatever surprise he was hiding, he was doing a terrible job at it. He reached down, picking up a Pokemon which was covered by a blanket. Nikota hadn't even noticed it was there, and it shocked her a bit. Her father said "Well, that egg hatched, and I would like you to have the Pokemon from it"
Nikota's jaw dropped. She had no idea that the egg her dad had been raising was for her! He yanked the blanket off of the figure, revealing an adorable Cyndaquill, staring up at her. Nikota had never known what Pokemon would hatch from the egg her father had been nurturing for the past few months, but she had given it the name of "Belle" and she had decided long ago that the name would suit any Pokemon, and it definantly did suit her new Cyndaquill. Nikota reached out, taking Belle into her hands, she couldn't help but to just stare at it adoringly, it was her very first Pokemon, and now she could start her journey with Pokemon. She looked back up at her dad, who said "I'd also like you to go talk to Professor Oak. Now that you have a Pokemon of your own, you should learn a few things about taking care of them from him." Nikota nodded, setting Belle on the ground and walking through the house and out the front door.
The grass of Pallet town never seemed to have the same brightness as it did in her mother's garden, but then again, not all grass had two flower Pokemon trotting through it everyday. She headed to the Pokemon Laboratory, mentally preparing herself to speak with Professor Oak. as she arrived in the lab, a few scientists smiled, giving her a small wave, as if greeting her into the Pokemon world. She walked to the back of the laboratory, finding Professor Oak sitting at his desk, typing away at his computer. He apparently noticed her standing there, because stopped his rapid typing and turned to greet her "Hello" he said "How can I help you?" Nikota staggered a bit, nervously tapping her foot "Well, I just got my first Pokemon from my dad, and he said I should come to see you to learn a bit about raising Pokemon" Oak nodded, placing his hand on his chin, looking at Belle. He turned his attention back to Nikota "And you just got this Pokemon?" She nodded, and again he looked at Belle, examining her. He finally said "Your Pokemon already seems very attached to you.... " He thought for a moment, seeming to come to a decision "Alright, I would like to ask something of you Nikota" He said "I want you to take this Pokedex here and record data on every Pokemon in Kanto. You seem to have potential with Pokemon, so I know you'll do well."
Nikota was a bit shocked, she took the Pokedex lightheartedly and headed for the door, muttering things like "Yes sir, I won't let you down" On her way out, an Aide called to her "Hold on a minute there" and she stood in place, turning to the voice. The man stopped next to her, saying "You'll need poke balls to do what Professor Oak has just asked you to do, plus one for that little one you've already got." He reached into his bag, giving her six pokeballs, one of which she put Belle into, a Town Map, and a Potion. She headed out the door, on her way to Route One to get to Viridian City. Others post even more lol.

I hate those types of guilds
It is overly difficult to hold a rela conversation when you have to reply tot his and this and this and this
but if you ignore it and only respond to the last thing they get pissed

being Literate is a lot more than posting a lot
Cause I submit damn good essays and I swear my teacher loves picking them apart!

Thats something that I don't like. With the bloodline requests. I want people just to rp about their bloodline. Thats all. I could care less if they know how to rp or not.
