i added bits to peoples personal profiles. Hope ya dont mind XP
Note : By people i meant Gaia regulars, theres so many people in that thread which ive never seen before. WHY DONT THEY POST ?
Might wanna check the guild rules aswell incase someone has updated it rolleyes .

Update on Elfy:
And so the frist week ends of me and my new house. For those who care to read I'm very tired with both going to work and working in the little house. Since we started we've ripped off the wallpaper, ripped out the floor and put new one in (with some extra's), ripped out the kitchen (wasn't part of the plan), ripped out the floor in the bathroom and the tiles from the wall. Choose colours for the walls since they're good enough to paint (yeah so happy) and thats about it
Anyways we're taking a break this weekend so'll be posting some more on saturday and sunday, my bf has to go to the fireman course his station is giving.

Manic laughter IS for a reason.
Now, for those of you who dont know, in Europe, like a bunch of sillies, we have something called the Euro Vision Song Contest. In general it is a big excuse for lots of countries to sing CRAP songs at each other in the name of pop and politics - votes are usually more based on borderline countries and who's sucking up to who than on actual song quality.
And this year, the contest was held in Greece, tonight. Bard and I watched it for some amusement. Bard actually managed to play along with some of the songs cos they were so crap and easy to figure out. Go figure.
THEN. Finland came on. This changed everything. Why? Because they were dressed as monsters - more so than Rob Zombie - carrying battle axe mic stands and wearing huge boots. They proceeded to sing a song called 'Hard Rock Hallelujah', complete with demonic wings on costumes, and stomp of stage in a fit of montrous rage and horn showing.
We clapped. Co-incidentally... the UK's entry SUCKED balls and we shouldnt have recieved a single point.
Anyway. Knowing as we do that Finland has produced some great bands lately, we werent suprised this kind of song existed there.. so much as GOBSMACKED it was in the contest. Then to our FURTHER joy and glory.... they proceeded to PWN the competition and win by shitloads. EVERYONE voted for them almost. Nearly EVERY country out of 37.
Considering how lame teh EuroVision generally is, and how it is even more politics driven than football... Im am proud and amazed (that word turned up lots tonight - the female announcer was addicted to it. Luckily, we had Terry Wogan taking the piss) that FINALLY someone has dared break the CRAPPY mould and WON for it. WELL ******** DONE FINLAND!!!! YOU GUYS PWN!!!
