Alex looked at Tao for a moment before closing her eyes and sitting down on the sidewalk, her head in her hands.

Nobody followed at not much of a distance, he was more less familiar with the castle by now... at least the parts most people knew, he knew the way from the infirmary to the main hall at least, if not by an incident he was proud about but he knew it non the less "You know eight, having you around makes me look more suspicious than if i was on my own" he said monotonously
"Ah, you are awake" Ace of clubs said looking in Ten's direction, she was tying her hair up on a ponytail at the moment.

Eight took Nobody's advice. "I shall take my leave, sire." turning the other way.

"Yes, thank you" Nobody said looking at him leave before heading himself for the main hall, he didn't enter the room, he just looked around to see if he could spot Maria around, she didn't seem to be inside the hall, where could she be?
Ace of clubs looked on Ten's direction, was the girl still asleep "Did Eight go back to the castle?" she asked as she finished placing her hair on place, why was she doing this anyway?

Maria continued singing on the balcony, bored as could be. She felt slightly dizzy from her buzzed drink. The princess held her now empty wine glass, desperately wishing to escape the confines of her castle. Her song had no words in it, for that would be boring. Instead it was pure melody, pure emotion, pure dry loneliness.

Amy slightly jolted at the Ace's voice, breathing deeply to calm her nerves. "yes, miss ace. He told me to tell you that he went back to the castle to assist the White Queen."

Ace of clubs smirked at the girl's nervousness "okay then" she said, noticing her mask had been left behind where victor was as she placed a bit of her hair behind her ear and didn't feel the soft fabric of it "Why are you nervous?" she asked not looking at Ten but at her own dress, she wished she had a mirror.
Nobody decided to go to the garden first, that was the place he thought Maria would think of visiting first, as he walked down the path he could hear a sweet tuneless melody, he could recognize that silent voice anywhere so he began turning around, looking for the source of it, he spotted a silhouette on a balcony near by soon after and smiled brightly. he wondered if Maria could see him.

Maria continued singing for barely a moment longer before removing her mask. She was silent for but a moment before she reccognised a familiar figure in the gardens. It turned out that Tweedledum had gardening duties. She caught his eye and waved him over. "Tweedledum! Help me out here!" she called out, loud enough for him to hear yet quiet enough for the party-goers to be none the wiser. "I need help sneaking away from the snore-bags!"
Tweedledum gave the distant Maria a puzzled look. "But it is your duty to attend! Won't you get in trouble?!"
"They're already going to nag me for my dress along with my avoiding them! Get me something soft to land on. Now!" Maria clearly would not take "no" for an answer. She also had yet to notice Nobody.

Matt moaned, "God, I always mess up by her..." He ran his hand through his hand. He started out to her house.

((Hey everyone!! Sorry for not posting for in a while. sweatdrop I bin quite busy this week.))
The forest became colder as Ven traveled further. " I better rest for now and save my energy for later," he whispered to himself. He found some grass and sticks to make a fire. Ven almost layed himself beside the fire he made when suddenly, he heard a noise coming from the bushes. " What? What was that? Might be one of the Suits!"
Quickly, yet quietly, Ven hid behind a bush and waited for what was coming his way.

Marcie Sighed, was that really all? oh well, a lover's curse! "careful with the digging birds" she said waving a hand as she turned herself back and started to walk on raven's direction once more.
Nobody chuckled at Maria's actions, but he stayed silent and observant otherwise, it was dangerous to make himself present, specially with tweedleedum around, he used to live in looking glass before the fight with his brother after all.

Matt waved her off. He took off the mask and head to the forest.
Ashle came out of the bushes, dazed and confused. She looked at fire. "Who are you?" she asked timidly.

Amy fidgeted with the hem of her soiled skirt, wondering why she was nervous. Is it because Ten, in this physical form, has nearly brought The Ace of heart's demise, and ruining what the Aces have? Maybe so... "I...I am sorry...in behalf of Ten..." she mumbled.

Tweedledum was about to leave and tell the advisors of this before he heard what she said next.
"No time! Catch me!" And with that, the bold lady jumped. She clearly had faith that Tweedledum would catch her. Indeed he did, though barely at all.
"What did you do that for, your highness?! That was incredibly dangerous and stupid!!!" Tweedledum yelled, though not only for his concern over her as Wonderland's Queen - but his secret infatuation with her as well.
"But I've been so bored!!! Not one person wants to play or do anything fun! Their only interest is to nag me to death." Maria whined, slipping out of his grasp shortly afterwards. "Don't tell anyone I left or I shall be cross!"

((Zack is too busy playing with his figurines! He'll never get a girlfriend. >A> Right, Zack?))
Victor was alone once again, still smiling over the kiss he had shared with Elizabeth. He placed a hand on his lips. Her fingers were there. She had her hands on his body and on his lips. Despite how much he cared about her, if his body wasn't bandaged and aching, he would have had his way with her physically. He could feel it in the fire between their bodies. They wanted each other badly.
His heart fluttered. He was already beginning to miss Elizabeth's presence.
Gestalt was alone again, slumped in a closet while Jack slept soundly. The sleeping medication from the Ace of Clubs had Jack in a sleep so deep, Gestalt's cries of pain could not be heard.
This is what Gestalt had to live with as a doll; no emotions, no will, no gender, no soul, left with the sensitivity to physical affliction. He knew the doll maker made his dolls this way so they would be forced into obedience.
Jack hadn't bothered to stitch Gestalt and black blood was seeping out of his body in multiple spots. Gestalt didn't know if other doll owners punished their dolls like Jack punished him. Most dolls were probably punished, but to the degree Jack did, that was most likely impossible.
Gestalt clutched his waist, his blood seeping through his fingers as he groaned in pain once more. Despite how violent Jack was with him that night, nothing could compare to what Jack had done once before.
Jack seized his doll by the throat, forcing Gestalt onto his bed. Gestalt's legs dangled from the edge of the bed while Jack positioned himself so that he was kneeling over his doll.
"Pathetic doll," Jack spat, "That doll maker is probably becoming senile."
"Master, certainly you are just being rash," Gestalt choked. "The diagnosis is correct. I . . . I would know.
Jack growled and squeezed onto his doll's throat harder, not considering Gestalt's lack of a windpipe.
"You . . . you lously-" Jack groaned loudly and hacked up blood onto his doll's alabaster face.
"You feel pain," Jack whispered, ignoring the blood dripping from the corner of his mouth. "You should be punished!"
"Master . . . punished for a diagnosis?" Gestalt's face was blank despite his statement of disbelief.
Jack wasn't punishing his doll. He was angry, angry that his life was ruined with this disease he was now ailed with. He would release this anger onto his servant.
Immediately, he withdrew a hidden knife from his right sleeve and placed the tip close to Gestalt's face.
"Oh, how I wonder how your senses operate, Gestalt."
Jack placed the tip of his knife to one of Gestalt's now widened amber eyes.
He took in a few deep, angered breaths. "I wonder what will happen when you lose these."
With a swift and sudden movement, Jack plunged his knife deep into Gestalt's left eye, causing his doll to produce the loudest and most pained scream Jack had ever heard.
