Hey Pasta edit: and I forgot ponies as pirates. I'm done now, honest. I don't have long, but had to say: First, that's awesome. Second, it's by FluttershyElsa, who added the vocals to Super Ponybeat's remixes of the songs. I highly recommend them! (I have them on my mp3 player and PSP for when I'm out or at work.)
Also, the episodes can be found online, so I recommend them to anyone interested in at least checking them out. I saw the first 2 on youtube, and ended up grabbing a torrent of the whole thing.
Finally: That is the baddest f***'n rainbow I've ever seen.

Finally got to see Thor on Thor's Day. I had a good giggle at Asians running around in a land of Norse myth. I would have laughed at Heimdall being a big black guy, too, but he was too bad-a** for me to care.
And OMG was Loki perfectly cast or what?
Oooo... Bifrost is sparkly. *.*

...I got made fun of for wanting to run around on the bridge and watch it light up. BUT IT LOOKS SO COOL.
Saw PotC last night. Didn't like it as much as the first and third but better than the second.

Depends on how the lights are arranged, I think. The bridges near here are fairly boring in that regard.
And well, rapture or no, it wasn't like I was going to be going anywhere anyway. I do honestly feel bad for the people who quit their jobs and spent all of their money and stuff though.

Wolffy000 Depends on how the lights are arranged, I think. The bridges near here are fairly boring in that regard. Not your silly Earth bridges. The Bifrost. It looked 100x cooler in the movie, too. That's just concept art. Wolffy000 And well, rapture or no, it wasn't like I was going to be going anywhere anyway. I do honestly feel bad for the people who quit their jobs and spent all of their money and stuff though. I find it really hard to find sympathy for that level of stupidity. Even if the world was ending, what the hell is the point of doing anything like that? To "go out with a bang"? Do people with that level of material lust really think they're going to spiritually ascend in the first place? Ha!

Lady Pyre I find it really hard to find sympathy for that level of stupidity. Even if the world was ending, what the hell is the point of doing anything like that? To "go out with a bang"? Do people with that level of material lust really think they're going to spiritually ascend in the first place? Ha! True, if it were simply people like that I wouldn't feel too bad really. But I've heard one or two reports of people trying to kill their kids and themselves because they thought they had been left behind and such. It's one thing to believe that kind of thing and go through all of that, but the people around you shouldn't be paying for your beliefs. Plus it's one thing to lose your faith, but something that probably causes a mass of people to suddenly come to terms like that is kind of depressing because god knows what else they would have at that point. Somehow didn't connect that you guys were talking about Thor. But that does look pretty cool

Bloody nutjobs. Part of me wishes they'd done more than try - cleanse the gene pool and all of that. Yes, I'm a horrible person. I also find it hilarious that someone who thinks they're pious enough to go to Heaven would assume God made a mistake. And, you know I'm not a religious person myself, but if it's the lack of the End of Days that causes you to lose faith... that's just messed up as hell. I mean, the whackjob who predicted it has done this twice before. I can't believe anybody would be that surprised that the third time wasn't the charm. And I'm somewhat heartened that I didn't hear anything about this until the Gaia mini event, because we have tons of nutty Bible-thumpers around here. Guess this means that they're at least not THAT crazy. Or that I need to get out more. Whichever.

So I've been engaging in a guilty pleasure for the past day or so: music by HIM. (******** you! Don't judge me!) Annnnnnnnnd... I really have the desire to type up a drinking game based on the lyrics. I bet it would get any players as shitfaced as Ville Valo has been for most of his career. <.<

Grace Soloman May 26th 2011 5:45pm lost the battle of her fight with cancer. Ironicly, 10 years ago yesterday, my Grandma Cunningham lost hers. I'm glad was able to get through the semester, and that my Aunt is no longer suffering. After 8 months knowing she had cancer it's a relief that she's finally at peace.

I was hoping somebody else would take this up, since I suck at s**t like this, but I guess not. I'm sorry about your aunt. And now I forget what I came here to b***h about in the first place...

Oh, awesome! I've wanted in on the wing earring trend for a while now, but I only ever seem to find really generic, cheap, and ugly versions. A while back, I found these pretty enamel ones in brownish shades on Modcloth, but they were out of stock. I don't know why I didn't think to check eBay until now. There are tons of listings for ones in that same style I liked, and in many more colors to boot. And I really want to buy some art of this avi playing a duet with Haji. Anybody know somebody who does couples without charging 10 mil? Gah. Art prices on this site, anymore. gonk
