*Lita lands on her knee on the concrete floor, her black knee pad only easing the pain a little bit. When Mickie James falls into her, she knocks Lita back against the side of the practise ring. Lita attempts to lock her arm around Mickie's throat in a rear naked choke hold.*

*Still sitting on the floor, Lita takes a few elbows to the side but tries to keep the hold locked in. Thinking quickly, she lifts her legs up on either side of Mickie James and goes to hook her arms with her legs to pin them back while she tries to knock out her victim.*
