Never played either, and I kinda regret missing out of it but not a whole lot.
And yes to both questions. And if they can pull it off and make a great movie that A. Entertains the masses and B. pleases the fans of the game ; it will hopefully mark the begining of a era of GOOD movies based off of games.
No more of what Uwe Boll puts out *shivers*

XD Dude, well. It would be something.
I saw a trailer for a Dragon Balls live action movie... but I still haven't seen it. XD
I was actually kinda interested... I was gonna laugh at it. Laughed all through the trailer.... XD;
And they're turning Avatar into a movie, too... you know, the airbending stuffs. Not the blue guys.

I keep hearing "Dragon Ball was alright" from most people that never got into the show, but from the fans of it... instant death.
And yeah I know. Hehe, there was about to be a lawsuit over who would get to use the name Avatar because of it. Obviously we know who won.

XD I wasn't a terrible fan.. I'm not that much into the whole fight-fight-fight stuff. D:
I did find the initial story interesting, so I only read up to a point. That's why I was kinda curious. XD;
Obviously. It came up in conversation the other day. u.u;
I've always kinda wondered why the airbending show was named Avatar, anyways. o_O It didn't seem like an obvious choice for a name...

Avatar, in it's orginal definition, was close to something like a devine being in vessle that represents itself. So in the Airbending show it's to mean that Aang is a devine being in a human form. As for the movie Avatar, it CAN mean that if you look at it that way, but it mostly takes the more modern meaning for avatar, which is what we use on Gaia and other sites.

It makes more sense now... I never really watched the show, but I picked up bits and pieces... XD Before, it didn't connect. Now it does. Oddness. =o
It just goes to show that the whole evolution of words is ongoing.

I knew that before the show started so yeah, and i'm only smart when it comes to random things like that >.< If only I could cash in on that... other then Jepordy because I wouldn't do good on that show.
And yep. There's always an evolotion of words. And yet they still maintain elements of the original.

Indeed, but it doesn't work in this day and age. =o After all, it only takes a couple of long plane flights to travel to the other side of the world. One would think that would be an important thing to a detective. XD
