Ranu wandered off to the front of the ship. Family reunions? Hmph. His pale hands fell softly upon the guard rails, as his now dark brown, almost chocolate, eyes lay on the horizon. Hope mine don't turn up. One's an Admiral in the Royal Navy with a big fleet, and the others a maniac.
"...." Lowering his head as further thought ran through it, Ranu found his thoughts on his mother.

Storm moved over to Ranu and hopped up on the rail next to him, balancing easily.
"You look lonely. And thoughtfilled. What's wrong?"

Ranu didn't even respond, except a smile crossed his lips. It seemed an almost dead smile. Haunted. "Hmm? Oh nothing. Just absorbing how details change. One moment the only living family would happily see me dead, the next..." He gestured Natasha, "I find a cousin."

"bah, all this talk of family is making me feel all teary eyed" auron said, taking a sip of wine from a glass he had taken earlier and filled "this is some pretty good stuff, kibo, how old is it?" auron asked, taking another sip and sitting down on a barrel of powder

Ranu shifted until he sat up on the thin rope, "My brother, because I was more gifted with melee weapons, and my father, for being alive still." He flinched slightly at the thought of the family hatred, "I heard hes making a fleet and seeking the Pearl."

Storm pursed her lips and feigned thoughtfullness.
"I take it then that you are playing cat and mouse with your angery family. Does this mean I have to kill them as well? It seems I have quite a quota now..."

The teenager stood up slowly, still balanced on the unmoving rope. His arms crossed as he looked out to sea. "And I'll win it too."

"whoa, whats this....." auron says, raising an eyebrow to ranu "do i sense a bit of hatred in those words?" he says, smiling as he finishes his glass of wine "i have an idea" he says, smiling menacingly "how about another game of tag....but replace me with ranu......heheh" he said, chuckling as he leaned back "that sounds like fun, eh girls?" he said to the twins

"hey, shut up, im just trying to make this day more entertaining" auron said, leaning forward "all that other stuff wasnt entertaining enough for a rum-pot deckhand such as me" he said, eying his glass and drank the last drop of wine "either way, things are getting pretty boring around here, not to mention ranu is getting too emotional for his own good" auron said, taking off his hat and setting it on his knee
