Angelic tackled Fan with a hug, giving him her thanks over and over again. "You're the greatest, Fan," She said giving him yet another bright smile.

Angelic was about to arrange a time with him but Clarissa butted in. "Sometime after she's done working alright, loverboy," Angelic jumped and started scrubbing the floors down immediatly "I'm so sorry," She muttered as she shrunk under Clarissa's gaze. "It's fine, this just needs to get finished so that we can all go home," Clarissa answered her before returning to dusting with Abby. Angelic looked back at Fan and smiled "You're welcome to read, they mostly just sit there and collect dust,"

he felt sorry for Angelic.
if it were up to him she wouldnt have to lift a finger.
he had quite alot of money... being the son of a lord and all.
but hed gladly give it to angelic...he had a feeling that she wouldnt accept it anyway.
the offer to read was just far too good for him to pass up however.
"y-you dont mind i-if i read d-do you?" he asked angelic. after all she wouldn't let him help her.

She gave him an reassuring smile before answering "By all means, go ahead,"
"Oscar!" Clarissa yelled, Angelic turned her attention to her and he son who had an expensive looking book in his tiny little hands. Clarissa snatched the book away from him and he let out a small, quiet sob. "I'm sorry, hunny, but mommy doesn't make the same kind money as she use to, I can't replace this if it gets ripped," She watched Clarissa scoop up her son and cradel him with one arm and place the book back on the shelf.

he picked up the book that the small boy was trying to look at.
it was an old copy of a sweet little story about a knight fighting a dragon.
perhaps it was watching people less fortunate then him. or maybe becuase he wanted to impress angelic he didnt know but he did what he did anyway.
fan strolled up to the woman.
"W-would you like a copy of this book?" he asked the little boy.
"becuase th-the wizards tower i live in h-has more then enough copys of this i-im sure i could get you one." he said smiling at the boy.

Angelic awed sweetly while Clarissa's mouth dropped to the floor in shock. Oscar stopped sobbing and nodded his head slowly.

Angelic smiled and giggled alittle before returing to her gruling task. "Thank you, I was seriously considering going back to prostituting to get him at least one thing that was nice," Clarissa said, kindly
"Mommy, w-what's prostituing?" Oscar asked "Something that you will learn about when you're old enough to feel certain things about girls," Clarissa answered him, placing him back on the floor to flip through the pages of his new book.

in some ways he was shocked but in another he wasnt.
prostitution wasnt illegal in this city....and was unfortunately common amongst the poor.
never the less he felt sorry for her.
"w-well if its b-books he wants i-i have plenty...j-just ask i-if you want one."
he had his own little collection of novels.
about 30 of them.
he had read them all anyway he wouldn't miss them too much.
he looked back at Angelic giggling.

"Once again, thank you," Clarissa said. "Angelic, I like him, you have my blessings on your wedding day if you marry him," She said. Angelic stopped what she was doing and hid her terribly blushing face behind the washcloth she was using. Abby was giggling and Oscar let out an "eww!"

"oh um....ur" he was terribly embarrassed and came up with a quick excuse
"oh um oh looky there my favorite book" he said franticly grabbing the closest book he could grab and covered his face.

She couldn't help but ponder what it would be like for Fan to be a husband, her husband really. He would certainly be better than most since he was helpful around the house and was kind and gental. She didn't realize that she had a seriouse look on her face or that her face was no longer hidden at all. "Are you actually thinking about it?" Clarissa, now literally an inch away from her face, questioned.
