The sunlight didnt hurt Cal so much as them, and his skin didnt sizzle..It just stung incredibly...Cal was only a half-demon, so he wasnt affected just as much as them..But he winced while Hecate burned, wanting to go to her side and protect her, take the sunlight in for her...He could shade her from it..If only this ******** sticky s**t wasnt forcing his ankles to the ground..

((Sence when were demons, "Creatures of the night", sounds like you guys got you facts backwards, true demons are evil in nature, but they do not fall pray to sunlight. Angel light, and holy items, that I will believe, but sunlight? Thats just ludicris, Iv seen a bunch of shows with demons, and not one of them, show demons weak to sunlight. At least not all of them, If fire demons are weak to sunlight, the verry source of there power, then why exist at all? If death was weakend by sunlight, then humans wouldnt die during the day right? Its comman sence. I dont meen to argue, but its just crazy. If demons were weak to sunlight, then why have a timeline at all.))

Her throat soon dried out. She was quickly suffering from thirst. Her heart pounded in her chest as if she was having a heart attack. Her clothes caught fire and burns at her skin and her hair. Her will to live slips away as her suffering drags on. Screams out in pain.

Cal turned back towards where he knew Hecate was..He could just hear her suffering..Cal swallowed, turning back to Emute, who was likewise burning..His skin was starting to scald. It was as if boiling water was being poured over his skin..welts started coming up on his neck and arms... Cal looked at Emute. "Are you trying to kill us?!"

Emute's face was burned badly. "I was going to but....It burns.." So in seconds the mud melted away. She grabbed the bird and spread it's wings. "I am out of here!" She said taking off, looking for a good tree.

Cal almost fell over once the goo was gone. He staggered for a moment, the sun still being out..He cursed Emute silently, but ran towards were Hecate was..He could see her there, now laying on the ground. She must've falled when the stuff went away. Cal ran up to her, kneeling beside her. He sighed, picking her up and taking her to were it was shady.

She groaned weakly when he picked her up. Her eyes slowly opened and she saw Cal. "...you should put me down...in this state it's highly likely for me to attack you..." She gave a raspy cough. Her throat was burning in thirst. His heartbeat was almost pounding in the ears.

Cal didnt say anything, just setting her down. He could feel his burns healing, not extremely quickly though. He didnt care if she attacked him..Just let her...He was worried about her right now. He screams had made his heart skip beats...Cal swallowed, trying to keep his heartbeat under control..He knew she could hear it...

Emute snickered, Sitting ontop of a tree with her cloak on. She was whispering stuff as the sun angled itself over to the two of them. She just sat there, and made it so that they couldn't see her. She just wanted hecate to get hurt. She wanted hecate to get him, and him to bite her back.The sun's rays directed on them.

She stared up at him weakly. "...just leave me here...I don't want you to see me like this..." She turned away from him and struggled to get up. Her nails dug into a nearby tree as her instincts started to kick in. "Hurry up!"

Cal's heartbeat sped up when she said that, making him only nervous for her. Then the sun came and hit Hecate. Cal turned to see it, his eyes burning. He turned anyways, moving so the sun beat down on his back, not much or any sun falling on Hecate..She didnt want him here, but if he moved she would be hurt more and if he didnt move he would want to move her and she would freak at that anyways because she was so on edge...

Emute grinned a tooth-filled smile. "Aw is the slave angry?" She said dangling upside down from the same tree hecate was clawing at.

An animalistic growl came from her as he came closer. she had found her target. She whirled around an grabbed Emute's ankle roughly yanking her down from the tree. She pulled her head back and viciously dug her fangs into her throat. She threw her to the ground as she finished but she still wasn't satisfied. Hecate grabbed Cal pushing him against the tree and ripped at his throat.

Emute laughed histericly as the blood trickled down her wounds. Two black dots appearing on her neck as black blood flew down her shoulder. "Taste the poison?" She said. What ever hecate drank, would poison her. She should of known, if you drink it you die.
