Tristan grinned, "Well that's a very good place if I heard of any."
She leaned forward pressing her body against the floor, she liked to stretch, it was like letting her back crack.

Skye leaned as well, but she couldn't bend forward as much as she had used to be able, even with her practice. After all, she was bigger now, and she didn't sleep in her vase anymore - though she did curl up in a ball when she slept. Still, the flexibility that she had once had would take a while to return.

"Up, down, up, down... You'll get it, it just takes a while, but you're young," Tristan told her.
Though she didn't know how these growths would affect Skye, she hoped it wouldn't affect Skye too badly.

Skye bent over until she was nearly flat on the floor, her wings also straining with the effort. Finally, she sat up again, and wiped a bead of sweat from her forehead.
"Not so easy," she commented anxiously, looking up at Tristan.

"Just go as far as you can go and keep going, evenually your body will get use to it," Tris replied gently, "Don't worry, it takes time, just keep it up."
She did a few more up and downs before stretching along her legs, touching her toes without bending her knees.

Skye put her legs together and copied Tristan's movements. Despite her loss of flexibility, this was one stretch that was still easy for her. As she stretched forwards, reaching her toes and beyond, her wings stretched out straight backwards as if in reaction.

Finally, after doing a few more stretches standing up, behind from side to side, Tris inquired of Skye.
"How do you feel? If you feel really sore just tell me and we'll rest."

Skye blinked at Tristan. "We stretch to dance," she said as if it were the most obvious thing in the world. "Why stop?"

"Not just stretching but in dancing as well," Tristan warned, "Because if you over do it, you might pull something, or sprain something. If you sprain something then you can't dance for a while, which would be worse."

Skye's eyes grew wide at that information, and she hooked one finger on her lower lip.
"Oohhh," she murmured softly. "Maybe rest then." She nodded slowly.

"Yes, so if you feel like your muscles are straining, do tell me," Tristan nodded as she stood there, "Okay? So we can begin with things you already know, and go from there."

Skye nodded. "Stop when it hurts," she agreed. And with that she went into her starting position, hoping she remembered it correctly. She folded her wings back like a bird did to keep them out of her way.

"Okay, give me a starting position," Tris told Skye.
She immediately put her feet cross and tilting them straight to the side like she had showed Skye the first time they met.

Skye nodded and changed her position to mimic Tristan's as closely as she could. It still felt strange, doing this at her new size, though she knew she would get used to it eventually.
Then she started into her routine, the only one she knew. Graceful step/hops, arms out ...

Tris was impressed, the girl was still remembered the moves, which was a good sign.
"Very good, now... let's try something new, this you need to know."
