Rain would smile as she saw the carnage and mayham. Already, several members of her army had begun the assult on the housing district. No where near enough to stop or put a dent in the defenses of the Housing District but definitly enough to bloody their noses a bit. Yes...they'd do nicely for a quick show. She smiled to the people that were passing by her on their way to the hospital. Among them were 2 that seemed a bit off from the rest of the Kiri Shinobi. For one thing, one of them was adorn wtih a Suna headband, scared across the symbol. She was obviously not suppose to be out and about but here she was.

The other was some child that was with her. Whatever the case, Rain found the first of the 2 to have an interesting Chakra. SHe'd have to look into her later. But as for now, she was sick of this fiasco. All the running was getting on her nerves now. The screams and wails of pain were growing harder and harder on her ears. She had to hush the noise. With a raise of her hand, 4 Suna shinobi arrived at her call. She looked to them and pointed for each of them to head in a different direction. They each took up position and began to chant a bit. This would require quite a bit of chakra but she didn't care how much they spent. She'd be free to have her fun inside.

A snap of her fingers was all that was required to stop the waring army. Rather, her side would come to a hault and begin a hasty retreat past the 4 shinobi. Of course, the defenseive team began to give chase. The ones that were heading towards the front would find Rain slowly walking towards them. It didn't hit them till it was too late...this woman was the cause of their pain and agony.

One final smile and her plan was activated. The four shinobi would pour their chakra into the air around them and form the Fire Barrier, sealing off the Housing district from all outside assaults. Only a highly skilled team of ANBU or another Master would be able to break this seal as the 4 doing it were giving their all to produce it. Far more than any sane shinobi would normally give for this jutsu. Without a word, Rain took her fists and cracked her nuckles and neck. Pretty soon, she was headed straight towards the defense force, slaughtering any and all in her way with her own hands.

Within 30 minutes, a new river would appear in Kiri, curtesy of Rain. She would even crack the ground in a specific pattern to allow the river to channel and flow to one spot. A red river of blood would flow toward the entrence of the housing distric warning off any who would dare mess with her.

A whistle would go out to Mistress. From atop one of the buildings, she would see Rain waving...with someone elses hand... She quickly tossed the thing tot he side and hopped down to the buildings interior. She was at work on something but it'd be a while before the woman known as Mistress would know what it was. She wouldn't like it either but it wasn't like Rain cared. She was planning on making Mistress death painfula nd horrifying...the mear thought made ehr giddy like a child. She looked about and miled before moving off to finish her work.

Rain looked to Mistress. She was getting things started in her own way. She was going to try and finish this quickly like normal. Rain hated that...she wanted fun...she wanted to play around a bit and tourture this b***h before she sees the firy pits of hell. She wanted to push this woman to her edge of existance and watch her sqirm as her well laid plans fall through and crumble around her.

The water began to flow in but the largest torent of the wave was still in coming. Rain simply smiled as she bent down and took a cup of the water in her hand and drank from it. Swashing the water around, she could feel the water filled with Mistress chakra and began to brace for the impact. She didn't care to dodge this at the moment. She was random like that. The water would wash against her and push her back. The only bracing she really did was to protect her vitals agains the dragon.

The wash of water would begin to push her back, down the side of a slight cliff. She'd fall out of site...completl vanish for a moment. The water within her mouth had finally come to full charge with her chakra. She began to spit it out against the cliff she behind. The water would hit the side of the cliff and begin to force the ground to become like slush as Rain had used an earth jutsu to unbalance Mistress as well.

"What the hell?!" Mistress shrieked in frustration as Rain was as unpredictable as always, taking the hit and disappearing. But Mistress knew that it was only her wish that she stayed there, or retreated. She was a Master too and knew that Rain wouldn't be downed by this attack. Looking at the cliff intently Mistress failed to notice the earth bubbling at her feet until too late. She was forced to leap up and re-establish her position in order to avoid losing her balance. Stalking down to the edge of the cliff Mistress looked down on Rain for a moment, the water lapping around her heels. Suddenly she was filled with an intense hate for Rain, so much hate that all reason went out the window and she mustered up the most damaging jutsu in her arsenal. She created yet more water and blasted it all at Rain. She wanted to just keep pushing her away until she just fell into the sea.

Suiton: Suishoha (Water Release: Water Shockwave)
A large capacity of water is basically created out of nowhere. This water can then be directed at the targeted area.
Cp cost: 100
Damage: 200 - 300 + chakra mod.
Requirements: Water Affinity, Chakra 30+, Chakra Control 50+

[[probably would I suppose...hmmm oh well. But I'm already knocked down. Remember, Rain never got back up from the first one, she stayed down and just touched the ground with her foot to activate the jutsu sooo...well...you can't knockdown someone who's already knocked down.]]

Rain would be crushed under the weight of the water. It was such a fast and hard moving torrent that she didn't have much time to move and with such a large abundence of water about, she would have been running for a while.

But, like with all things, even this had to stop even if for just a moment. In that slip of time, the girl quickly spun around out of the projected path for the attack. It was hard to breath for a moment but that was just fine. That very thought gave Rain a lovely little idea of her own.

To keep from being seen, Rain moved within the blink of an eye thanks to the Body Flicker Jutsu. Her light, thin body, even water logged, would move quickly behind mistress and a grin would cross her lips. Upon exiting the blinding speed, a sound of metal swipping through air would follow. Rain had drawn a kunai during the manover and swipped across Mistress legs to try and slow her down.

She would toss the kunai to the ground and quickly move her hands to form the seals of a painful attack of the mind. Something ran through her eyes as she only wondered what kinds of horrors Mistress would see. This would be quite the fun little endevor if things went properly enough. Of course, with Rains own twisted mind influencing the jutsu, there was no telling what Mistress might see. Might even see herself bowing down to Rain and becoming her personal slave or something...and enjoying it.

Rain just giggled at the prospect but she couldn't stop there. She wanted Mistress to suffer...suffer greatly. Her hands would move again to form another jutsu. Slamming the same hands upon the ground, Rain would grip a large portion of the ground as if like a carpet and soon toss it into the air. The ground would move like a shelf and form a dome that was threatening to cage Mistress in with that lovely image running through her mind.

Narakumi no Jutsu is a Genjutsu that causes its target to see a horrifying vision. The user will use the rat hand seal that causes an imaginary circle of leaves to spin and envelop the target and then fall away. Once cast, the world will appear normal to the target until they have already seen the illusion.

Requirements: Genjutsu 15 Ranks

Doton Kekkai: Dorodomu (Earth Release Barrier: Dungeon Chamber of Nothingness)
Traps the victims inside a self-repairing dome of earth.
Cp cost: 60 + 8 per turn
Damage: N/A
Requirements: Earth Affinity, Chakra 25+, Chakra Control 30
Training days: 10 days.
Special: *Must keep contact with wall to keep chakra flowing through it. Once contact is broken, the barrier looses its repairing function and can be destroyed easily.
Escape roll: User's D20 + chakra control vs. target's D20 + melee attack bonus we need to fix this cause its really unbalanced

Hikaru walked into the village to see the devistation that had been brought to him. He stared mindlessly at his now ruined home. Who...would do such a thing?.. Hikaru thought of places he could hopefully hide from the invaders. I doubt they would attack a hospital. A place full of the weak and injured would doubtfully be a primary target. Hikaru hastily ran in the direction of the hospital with welling eyes. Hopefully there will be survivers that know something of whats happening. Or better yet, why.

Mistress managed to successfully push herself up. But when she looked up, suddenly, the whole place was different. It was all dark and musty, and smelt of fish. Where the hell had Rain brought her? She didn't know that inter-dimensional jutsu did she?! Or maybe it was just a genjutsu. Yeah, that was probably it. Maybe... Well, she had to break it...

...now that she thought about it, this place WAS oddly familiar. The old Kirigakure? Hell, it was even complete with the obsolete technology. Carrier birds in the air, for heaven's sake! And then there was a footstep, and she turned around. And stepped back. She hadn't seen that face in forever. He advanced, and she unconsciously moved back, back, until her feet touched the lapping sea. And still he was moving like he expected her to just go down into the depths of the ocean. When she didn't, his face hardened and swift as a falcon he grabbed her and dove. She couldn't even scream; she tried to breathe and suddenly found that she couldn't. They were travelling so fast that it was barely half a minute before they reached their destination. Mistress suddenly found that she was a little girl. She was thrown into the cave easily, he pressed a button and suddenly bars appeared. It was do or die.

But instead of swimming away, the man lingered. Mistress stared at him confusedly, and he smirked in reply. Everything became very hazy and Mistress started to choke. She couldn't breathe. And then Rain appeared, her normal old self, somehow unaffected by the huge pressure and the lack of air. She was laughing.

Little Mistress screamed. Big Mistress shrieked again, in frustration or fear or whatever. She had forgotten that she was in a genjutsu, and that all she had to do was break it. She retaliated once again using the only way she knew how. She was in the sea! There was water around her! She knew how to use it! Get Rain away!
