"Thank-you" She sat giving Jami a warning look. "I do believe your son and I are here to find a few things." She said to the man, pointing that she thought the father should at least acknowladge his son.

Jann glanced at his son and nodded slightly. "What seems to be the problem?" Jami glanced up, an icy look in his eyes. "Where is Rayce?" Jann shook his head, but Nomi spoke up. "We don't know, dear. We haven't heard from him in months."

Leena smiled, and waited for Jami to continue. She looked around the place taking in its features.

tarsoin tarsoin Space over Coruscant Tarsoin edged to a stop from his warp speed, his ship smoking and sputtering. He looked back at his torn wing and shook his head as he discovered only a half of a engine that was causing a whole bunch of smoke and every now and then a spark. Tarsoin shut down his ship, leaving only emergency power and life support going. Pushing down a red button on his communcations panel, he began to send out a distress signal. He wanted another ship to come and take him to the planet so he could contiune his mission...

"We also need a way off of this planet." Jann nodded. "I'll make you a deal, boy. There are some raiders to the south of here who have been causing a lot of trouble. They should have a small shuttle, however, better than your old one. Take care of the leader, and the shuttle is all your's. Where is your sword, by the way?" Jami shook his head and excused himself. Jann sighed, then cast a look at Leeza. "So how'd you end up travelling with him?"

"I made an agreement with him." She said matter-of-factually. "He's very gifted you should know. In more than just piloting...He might be training as a jedi soon." She thought she should at least tell them.

"OH, a JEDI, you say? Well, now that boy is really gaining some prestige now!" His voice was dripping with sarcasm as he said this.

Jami heard the cry, and stepped out of his room. On his belt swung a lightsaber. It had a silver circle near the bottom, and silver on top, which lengthened out into a sort of sharp lip at the end. The rest, however, was covered in a black grip, except for a small area where the button was. The hilt was also about half the size of a normal hilt, making it only useable with one hand - which was the way Jami preferred to fight. He leaned on a wall in the central room, ignoring the accusing looks of his father. He looked at Leeza calmly. "Deenine has the coordinates of the hangar. Ready to go? I have a landspeeder, if you want to fly it...."

Leeza was irritated by the man's words. She stood "Thank-you for talking." She mumbled nodding to Jami's mother with a nicer look then going over to where he was "Landspeeder you say?" She brightened up.

"Yeah. I was never any good at piloting it, and the base is some distance away...." The hint of a smile formed on his lips, knowing he had tempted her.

((I'll probably be eating when you get back, but all right.)) Jami nodded and led her to a small garage. There was an assortment of mechanical equipment and tools, as well as a small, battered astromech droid in one corner. In the center of the garage was a steel-blue speeder that was dinged a bit, but still in decent condition.
"This is all Rayce's junk. I'm more interested with books and piloting, but he's always been into engineering. He's a mechanical genius." Jami took a long look at all of the mechanical tools. "Deenine is actually something Rayce built. Speaking of which...." Deenine floated forward and rested in a small divet in the console. The droid then displayed a small map onscreen, highlighting the craft's position and their destination. Jami climbed into the passenger's seat, waiting for Leeza to get in as well.

"Hopefully we can figure out where he went." She said looking around then jumping into the drivers seat with a satisfied grin. "Sit tight." She warned as she started up the Speeder.

Jami shrugged as he draped the restraining strap over his lean body. "Rayce is tougher than I am. He can survive for a while on his own. I was thinking of getting some Jedi training first, though. It may prove useful in finding him."
