Alka blushes, embarrassed by her brother's praise. She wasn't used to being complimented, and so she was easily embarrassed. She starts doodling in the sand, random things at first.

Jr. got up and sat in a chair next to the table with the remote on it. The shade from the umbrella over the chair felt good. He watched the waves of the water crash slowly against the sand. Watching the motions of the waves helped him relax.

Alka draws a rather intricate scene in the sand. It seems to be of her, Jr., Gaignun, and Albedo, all smiling. She ponders for a moment, and then draws a fifth figure, probably Yakura.

Jr. got up after a while and looked at Alka's drawing. "It's really good." he said smiling. When he saw Yakura in the drawing, he remembered that Gaignun was hanging out with her. "It looks like Gaignun won't be coming after all." Jr. said, "He wanted to invite Yakura to come out here with us, but I think they got preoccupied."

Alka draws in the sand again; a picture of Yakura and Gaignun kissing, with corny little hearts around them. She sighs a bit. She felt rather sickly for some reason; she wasn't used to doing so much physically. She was stubborn though, she wouldn't let on to her brother that she wasn't feeling good. She wanted to spend the day with him, and not worry him.

Jr. giggled when he saw the picture of Gaignun and Yakura kissing. "I wouldn't be surprised if that's what they're doing right now."

Alka smiles, glad she made her brother giggle. She turns around, and draws in the sand again for a while. Her shoulders slump as she draws. If Jr. were to go over and check the drawing, it's Alka's wish. It shows Dmitri Yuriev cradling a young Alka, tenderly. Her hand shakes as she completes her picture.

Jr. looked at the picture and he looked surprised. He didn't expect Alka to draw a picture like that. "Dad?!" "No matter how hard she wants things to be like that, I know he'll never change." Jr. thought. "Alka..." Jr. said as he looked at his sister with concern. He didn't know what to tell her.

"Yeah...well....I'm sure its just a phase...she is a little girl."
Yakura came closer and pressed her body against Gaignun,
twitching at the feel of foriegn skin.
((Ah HELL NO!!! now its, like, a fricking het fanfic!!))

"Yakura... you talk as though you don't expect anyone to like you, and I know that's not true. I'm sure Jr. thinks you're nice, and so does Alka. And MOMO likes you, and it's not a phase. She'll always be like that. You... You're a great person, and there isn't any reason for you to not be liked."
Alka draws a few hearts into the sand. After a while, she draws another picture of Albedo smiling, with his hand on Jr.'s head. Jr. has an annoyed look on his face which is rather silly. Despite all that Albedo did to her, she loves him as her brother first and can't hate him.

She looked up into his eyes,

She backed away from him.

Jr. decided to leave Alka to her drawing and sat the chair again. He looked at the sky and relaxed.

Alka heads into the water, spashing around a bit. She seems rather tired, but doesn't want to tell her brother that. She doesn't want to worry him.
Gaignun laughs. She was way too cute sometimes. "Of course. Come on." He takes her by the hand and leads her to the Foundation.

Jr. spied on Gaignun again and he realized that Gaignun and Yakura were heading to the beach. Do you want to spend some time alone with Yakura at the beach, Gaignun? I can take Alka to the hotel to rest while you two hang out together. Jr. said to Gaignun through the link.

As loaded as 'spend time alone with Yakura on the beach' is, Jr., I think that that's a good idea. Is Alka getting tired or bored? How has she been doing anyway, is she annoying you? I hope so. Gaignun snickers. Yes he loved his brother dearly. That didn't mean he couldn't tease him.
Alka stumbles a bit in the shallows, bt tries to right herself before Jr. notices.
