Logan's are blue. She is not an exact genetic duplicate of him. There are differences as you can see. Obviously eyes are one.

Sometimes they're brown, sometimes they're blue, sometimes green or yellow. Go figure. That particular quote was in reference to X-23, but you're exactly right, eye color and even hair color tends to change depending on the whims of the particular colorist. You think YOUR problems with eye color and colorists is bad....Wally's eyes were blue until the Crisis, then they became green. Thusly, Mark Waid decided to create the Dark Flash (Walter) because his eyes were blue... ...it's awfully convoluted, but suffice to say that a colorist's error can come back to haunt you! gonk
